Stay was fine but I faced issue for cab, De Mondrian hotel location is not registered properly on google map, Always cab stop location before 300 meter. Please correct the location.

Faultless service and spotless room. Upgraded to a suit room on arrival. Marshal the Front Desk Manager was very helpful giving me clear directions for the metro (just round the corner) and suggestions of places to visit. Excellent. Breakfast was delicious . The hotel team was very accommodating and polite I would recommend to stay here.

Location worked very well for us as it was stone throw away from the conversation hall. The general ambience of the hotel was pleasant and the staff friendly and supportive rooms are well appointed, clean and well maintained and room service I must say was prompt excellent service.

The rooms were decent. The lockers were not working. The bath room hand shower was defective. The staff were very nice. We have to climb stairs for the lift. Difficult for old people.

The service was very good, people were courteous and quick to service. The hotel is in a small lane and the parking is an open plot next to the hotel but is monitored. it is a very small building but well maintained. There is a landing of stairs which cannot be avoided.

Though the hotel is located in a narrow lane, the very much pleased with the facilities, clean rooms with amenities. The working staff are very helpful and cooperative starting from checkin at reception, room service including food.

I went to Ritz and JW Marriott. Both of them can have late check out until 4pm but only this Marriott branch can not. I have already requested them when I check in. They said they will help me to arrange it but they won't promise the possibility. I said it is fine and I think they will update the request if it is not available. I came to bangalore on official trip and booked this hotel for 2 days with complimentary breakfast, but breakfast options are very much limited. No options to choose breakfast items. There were a lot of traffic jams before reaching the accommodation. The staff provided good service.

It was worth the money. The room had AC , Fan , Geyser, Good view. Very close to Banashankari Metro station. They had a food menu placed in the room as well. There was a drinking water can nearby.

Hotel is clean and well maintained.. but at the end of the day we prefer to stay at comfort with proper sleep however the mattress is sinking down as worst and couldn't had a nap properly. Also the parking is not available In-house and we parked outside on the road.. where in the receptionist mentioned as parking is available In-house prior reserving the rooms. Not bad place for short stay. Some things can be improved AC is too much controlled. Many TV channels don't come. TV remote difficult to operate. Staff is thin but manage well Neatness not bad.

Good sized rooms. Food is a miss here. They bring the breakfast to your room and it gets cold immediately. Very limited choice of food. Rooms are clean and neat.

Accacia is good enough for 1 person, Amenities include a fridge, tea coffee maker. Location wise not that happening. Ample parking space. Yummy breakfast with different menu everyday. Great staff.......

The located place is very good.. immediate access to all the necessary shops, restaurants, ATM, bus stops. The room is very neat and clean they immediately respond to the calls. They also provide washing machine and Iron box if needed, I personally felt this was useful. All staffs were good and Receptionist Benny and Ajith were really friendly. My stay at the Hotel twice was good. Neat and clean. No inside restaurant and staffs were not ready to provide / bring food from nearby. Two reception boys& New Manager are helpful otherwise .

My stay at Twenty Four Hotel was really Fantastic. All the staff provided outstanding service with the professional and polite manor. Room was very neat and clean. the rooms are basic but clean. I had an issue with my bathroom which suddenly started stinking of sewage. they tried to rectify it but nothing worked. they initially said they didn't have other rooms to shift me into but later gave me a new room which was more spacious

Clean and hygiene is maintained all time, beautiful smile and immediate responses from the house keeping staff, cable tv is available round the clock, great responses from the desk support. Overall I recommend for a budgeted 3 star with all amenities and restaurants available nearby, autostand, I would recommend an independent refrigerator is provided to each room would be very much satisfying
