I recently stayed at A1 hotel malad east and it was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Worst hotel . Worst manager . Worst services . Not recommend for family stay / corporate stay .. if u book stay for full day which is cost around 2500/- .. the MC manager will tell you new new rules about your checkout timming .. & if any guest comes in your room they will order your guest also not to stay more than 1 hour ..
But yes if you come hour basis they will treat you good because they can sell the room after 3-4 hours again & again .. means 1 room they can sell 4-5 times a day ..
I recommend everyone not to stay in this hotel .. there is many more hotel in next road .. stay over there but not in this hotel .

Overall rooms are good, but you would constantly hear vehicle sounds, you can't sleep during day because of those sound.
I couldn't sleep all night because of mosquitoes.
TV did not had any network.
Cleanliness wise it was decent.
Location is the only plus point as it is only 100 m from Malad station

Worst hotel I have seen in my life the reception desk person is so so so rude and he has no manners to talk with clients ... plz guys if you want to weste money then go otherwise don’t go only ... I have seen my worst experience. Reception guy doesn't know how to talk. Please don't waste for money.

Goodness he is worst human you will ever meet in your life.. .. He doesn't have manners and shouts at women and customers. I will never come here again.. And m asking you all good people don't go there.. They are horrible personality disorder hans! My pet dog is better then them.

Receipts is faltu man. Bakwas hotel and guest house . Rate r high as compare to other hotel room r not good.

Situated right in centre of Malad West station road, it's indeed a good place for some Lassi. The other fast food items are pretty good as well. A major complaint is the lack of stools and any sitting arrangement. Also it's lacking in some basic hygiene practices.

I've been visiting this place since my childhood. Every time I visit Mumbai, this place is a must visit. Lovely street foods with actual taste of it. Vadapau and samosa pau steal the show for me... the taste is very much consistent over years.

It's a good place for purchase of traditional mithai. We can also ask for decorative packing. It can serve large order. It's a huge place. It has a eatery as well. Large variety of farsan also

Suggestion -1. please make your staff wear gloves while serving food... It's not a very high expectation. Am sure M.M can look into this. 2. Use a transparent glass top to cover your food.
