Hotel Parle International in Mumbai

We arrived at 2.30pm at the hotel. Had hired three double bed rooms. One of the room was not ready even though our check in time was 1pm. All our rooms had twin beds even though I had special requested while booking that we wanted double beds. The other bedrooms bath towels and toiletries were missing. The mats outside the bathrooms were dirty.The manager said *********** had not communicated to them that we had requested double beds. Showed him the email sent day before to me from Trip.com about the special request. Trip.com uses Booking .com to book. Instead of apologising he and his assistant were rude to us in their conversations to us. In the end we ended up with our twin beds being pushed together with two separate duvets ! Imagine our horror being woken up by mosquitoes busing round our heads. Had mosquito bites on our foreheads and arms. There was an electronic mosquito repellent in the bedroom but was obliviously not working. See photo where I used my slipper to squat a mosquito to the wall for evidence which I showed to the manager in the morning. No apologies from him either this time. Both him and his South India burly manager need special training how to deal with customer complaints.

My family stayed here & had Pathetic Breakfast, Dirty Rooms, Dirty bedsheets & Pillows, Non working shower, Non working phone in room. Won’t be staying again for sure.
