We spent two wonderful days at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and exceptional customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to please. The food was outstanding, and the hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the local store and airport.

The entire stay was nice the food was the best and the service was also very fast but only one thing which is The bed was made using two twin beds and it was uncomfortable for my wife and me to sleep and there was no fridge in the room either

Average stay. Could not experience breakfast as checked out early. Had only snacks in breakfast. Could be a little better.

Pathetic management. It is the worst hotel I ever visited with no proper services. Bathrooms are stinking and water issues. No hygiene is maintained. Also we had book for triple occupancy but there was no space for extra bed also. Also during check out they charged us extra amount of hotel. It is quite disappointing that for a small amount of ₹420, we have to make such continuous efforts. The matter is very clear that we checked in on 15th around 11:00 AM, yet the bill in question is dated 2:30 AM the same day, which is clearly before our check-in. Despite our repeated follow-ups over the past week, the issue remains unresolved. They can easily fool you during check-in & check-out. You need to be careful.

Awful experience. The bathroom weren’t clean and the bed headboard had way too much damp on it to even think of resting your head on it.

Good restaurant with authentic malyali cuisine. Though the staff is bit awkward with non malyali speaking guests, the ambience and decent pricing makes up for it.

We were here for a quick Kerala thali grab. Guess I like all the options that were served. Since I was late for my flight I didn't get much to explore here. But the food had nice lingering taste on my soul. Just be cautious that this place serves food on banana leaf and best way to enjoy is God given hand spoon?. If you don't prefer this you may want to ask options first.

Worst and horrible experience with this restaurant. pathetic food quality, horrible hospitality. food taste was too much bad. I would suggest guys never visit this restaurant its just a wastage of money and time.

Everything in the menu is superb. Freshly made. Very good service also. Friendly staff. Good ambience. Has enough parking space.

Authentic keralite meals that take me back to God's own country. Their idiyappam and stew is quite good, mutton is brilliant and the fish curry is finger lickin awesome! I'd skip the dessert menu though.
