Aman Hotel CST in Mumbai

So many cockroaches. Washroom not higen. Hope they are going to settle this thing really fast place and location is really good any 1 want to stay in mohammed ali road u can try but first make sure room and washroom clean

Rooms aren't same as the one shown in photos they have indian toilet no western toilets, cockroachs everywhere, small beds, staff was good but rooms weren't good. Not a 3star hotel as shown. Rooms weren't as good as price. Check the Rooms before taking.

Very bad service, no good manners... I can't accept that such a hotel exists in Mumbai. I beg you.., if you listen to their words, there is no doubt that you will have a bad experience. Because once you book the room, they will show their demonic nature.and one more guys I think Railway station toilets are better than Aman hotel

The staff or the manager who ever it was have no manners to speak to the guest . A phone number is given so that the guest can call up to get the right information. The receptionist was very rude and refused to provide any information and mentioned to come over to see when I asked about the stairs as I was looking to book for my parents. Please have better people answering the phone .

I recently faced a frustrating experience with ******* during a hotel booking. Upon arrival, I was denied check-in because the hotel required a marriage certificate, which was not mentioned during the booking process. Despite having a valid booking, I was left stranded. ******* must ensure critical requirements like these are clearly communicated during the booking process.

I tried resolving the issue by finding alternative accommodation through the ******* app, but it offered no flexibility to make real-time changes or cancellations. This lack of options added to my frustration, as there was no way to address the problem quickly.

To make matters worse, I tried contacting Expedia’s customer support multiple times via chat, phone, and the app. However, I couldn’t reach any live agent. The chat was unhelpful and automated, calls had long wait times, and the app failed to provide access to meaningful support.

This ordeal caused significant stress, financial burden, and ruined my travel experience. I urge ******* to clearly communicate hotel policies, enable real-time booking flexibility, improve customer support accessibility, and offer compensation for such situations. I hope these changes are made to improve the customer experience and restore trust in the platform.
