Hotel Ruby in Mumbai

If you have any self respect, dignity, or standards, please do not even step inside this hotel. Terrible service, no responsiblity, bad stinky rooms and bathroom. Manager is rude, will not fix the issues or neither take responsiblity. The advertisement and photos are fake and misrepresented. Electrical issues also, risk of short circuit. Bottom line, DO NOT COME if I say in English. Hindi mei bole toh MAT AAO, SAAVDHAN RAHO. Raste mei reh lo isse accha. Kuch jugaad karo, par idhar mat aao.
EDIT: Just saw water leaked all night from the AC. When we called the staff, they said, "monsoon hai kuch kar nhi sakte." As if monsoon bas Hotel Ruby mei hi hota hai. Also, booked this from the IRCTC site, so don't fall for the scam. @irctc

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. We booked AC room. 1st of all room was too small. Hotel room was not so clean. Late night fan broke down. When we switch on AC, AC was not working, when we asked for help with the hotel staff they dint do anything. He was denying when we asked to change room and said no rooms available. I don't recommend anybody this hotel.

One of the worst hotel In Mumbai.Never trust the photos seen in the booking apps.each and everything seems different here.
Booked rooms for 2 days for 5500.never get these rooms.Bathrooms are very bad conjusted and even tidy.definitely you will hesitate to touch the bathroom health faucet or sprayer jet.
You will scammed if you book it online.

dirty rooms, poor customer service, noisy environment, malfunctioning amenities, inadequate facilities, unfriendly staff, bad location, subpar food quality, outdated decor, poor value for price, issues with check-in/check-out process, and lack of responsiveness to guest concerns...I request to everyone don't Book this hotal ...very bad experience

The manager guy is totally bad person he talks so rudely whenever u ask something hé shouts very bad, not clean jungura is there every where the room is Small however Un respected guy is the Manager.

1: The place where hotel located is not a good place,,,Even law and order can't maintain by police
2: there is no parking facility
3: if you reach this hotel in night they don't allow you to check in ,, their check in time is 11:Am
If you reach here at night they will tell you to wait till mornings 11:Am.. people who travel all along in train or flight cannot check in before or after 11:AM..if you insist upon them to check in they will charge High price even minutes you spend in hotel
4: And very impotantly the guy called manager of hotel is a big mistake.. he is an uncivilized man,, cant know how to treat costumer,, very rude,, provoking behaviour..
