Stayed two nights before setting off on a sea cruise. The service at the Ramada Mumbai is outstanding. The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough for you. Extremely happy.
The buffet breakfast is very eclectic, and will accommodate most tastes. We dined at the Oriental Bowl within the Ramada and was not disappointed. Both the Thai green and red curries were absolutely delicious. Pre warmed plates would be nice but that's me nit-picking. Alltogether a very pleasant dining experience. 👌

We have been regular guests at Ramada Juhu Hotel Mumbai. Our stay has been excellent due to the hospitality extended to us apart from the initiative exhibited by the staff in extending all support. A special mention of the front office staff Miss Pooja. She is welcoming in her approach. She voluntarily stepped out to help us in sending a courier packet when we had no clue how to pack and send through the courier packet.
We would recommend this place as excellent and every one should experience Ramada Juhu Hotel.

We stayed at Ramada Juhu for 11 nights. We were looked after by Devanderbhai when we were in room 103&105. He met our needs instantly and was very courteous. Thank you Devanderbhai.
We then moved to room 214 and the room was very nice and tidy . Abhijeetji made sure we had enough towels and all toiletries were replaced with attention to detail. Thank you so much Abhijeetji.
Everyone who provided room service was really helpful.

We celebrated a special occasion here and the hotel made it unforgettable. The room decoration, cake arrangement, and sea-view dinner were beautifully done. Hospitality was top-class. Special thanks to the staff for going the extra mile!

We stayed for 4 nights with our 17 month old son. The hotel was lovely and perfect for us. Great location, exceptionally clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, room large and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Devendra was fabulous at keeping our room tidy and refreshed. Coming from Canada this hotel had all the comforts from home.

Except for location, nothing is good in this hotel. terrible . no cleanness , no maintaince in this property , restaurant also very bad . staff are busy with their breakfast when guest goes in the restaurant for breakfast. horrible

Sukh hotel required a major renovation and revamp. Only good thing about the hotel is its location. Service is pretty non existent, they haven’t even changed bedsheets and towels, when i was out for the day. Smelly rooms, dirty interiors. The amount charged was definitely not reasonable.
