Hotel Regal Enclave in Mumbai

The worst hotel in the town. I never seen people to rude rite from the check in. The night checkin receptionist was no blunt and no empathy. They charged our card before we checked in. Now tell me is it the procedure ?? Aren’t you supposed to charge card when we arrive for check in?? We planed to check in after or work. And our card was charged before we arrive. How un professional. If you are un sure that the guest will come to check in or not what would you do in this case instead of charging your card. Let me educate you - I being from hospitality as well I will give you a peice of knowledge. We call the guest and ask if are coming or not. And if the guest is not coming that you inform them about the cancellation policies and further you charge the card after getting the confirmation. And if you get no response from the guests we wait untill midnight to charge the card. Because the guests can check in anytime they want. You receptionist should hv called and charge the card. This is so unprofessional. Let me tell you you are dealing with a hotelier it self. I am happy to teach how to become professional. Then your room rate is so high 5000+ and we added 3rd occupancy 1500. The night reception guy told us that we hv breakfast. But in the morning we were told no we don’t hv. Communication gap. We sat for breakfast we were told that we don’t hv breakfast. About Your room you need to know that you have to inspect your room they are not worth the charge we paid. The bathroom is horrible. The sheet are so dirty. The room it self is dirty. You go and take smell of the bad Oder coming from your sheets. Facilities - the website. Wet conveniently tells that it has swimming pool. But there is no pool we were informed. You are misleading. The night receptionist was rude and a lier too. I do not recommend this hotel for a stay. Room 503. C/in 17th June 2025 C/out 18th morning.
