The room was shyte, awful smell,an ashtray was there,shabby , noisy like hell, light coming through the window, couldn't sleep a wink! The only thing I used was their toilet! Felt disgusted to have a wash or their breakfast, thankfully the Hotel Residency had agreed for me to check in early in the morning.Oh,was given a receipt after checking out in the morning. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sadly, there is no zero star on this review!!
The rooms were a bit small, but since we had booked two rooms for six people, the hotel kindly provided an extra mattress so three people could sleep comfortably in each room. The AC was in good working condition, and the service was satisfactory.
Mr. Abdul was very humble, and his coordination was excellent. The girl at the reception in the evening was also very supportive and polite. The helping staff were friendly, greeted us with smiles, and were always ready to assist.
Overall, we had a good stay and a pleasant experience.
