Travelling from UK. Had booked a room for 1 night here(12/2/26) (Mumbai)as the Residency hotel (5*) was full. Arrived late from Gujarat so accepted a room (101) without checking, was asked to pay first and also asked if I wanted a receipt?!!!
The room was shyte, awful smell,an ashtray was there, shabby , noisy like hell, light coming through the window, couldn't sleep a wink! The only thing I used was their toilet! Felt disgusted to have a wash or their breakfast, thankfully the Hotel Residency had agreed for me to check in early in the morning.Oh,was given a receipt after checking out in the morning. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Sadly, there is no zero star on this review!!

I had a pleasant stay at JK Regency. I booked the hotel for a half-day stay, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the roadside, making it easy to access.
The rooms were a bit small, but since we had booked two rooms for six people, the hotel kindly provided an extra mattress so three people could sleep comfortably in each room. The AC was in good working condition, and the service was satisfactory.
Mr. Abdul was very humble, and his coordination was excellent. The girl at the reception in the evening was also very supportive and polite. The helping staff were friendly, greeted us with smiles, and were always ready to assist.

Even after confirmed & paid booking on OYO app property manager denied our booking. They are not OYO friendly property. They want more money & offline bookings. Don’t respect customers. Talks arrogantly.

Cleanliness was not proper. Cockroaches were there. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. I booked double occupancy room where I got two single beds which were joined together.

Be Careful of your stuff, double check everything before check out. Left my important stuff , I know it was my mistake.. but they refused saying they didn't found anything after our checkout.

Really a bad hotel. The rooms are not good very small in size. The locality is not good. The receptionist is the one of the worst I have ever seen. He is highly unprofessional. They provide so called buffet breakfast in which there was just one food item, which was not good. Moreover the price is also not on the lower side. As usual Oyo disappoints.
