We stayed at this hotel for 3 days as part of a package booked through a private tour company. The experience was far from satisfactory. The food was very average, with the same limited menu served every day for both breakfast and dinner. Even if you book an “unlimited food” option, they restrict portions and serving times.
The staff at the reception were arrogant and repeatedly tried to demand extra money. Overall, the service was poor, the food was uninspiring, and the attitude of the staff made the stay unpleasant.
Conclusion: This hotel is not value for money. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or fair experience.

Very bad experience with the hotel and staff…
No basic amenities are provided also they charged for Mineral water also…
Rooms are not clean and tidy…disappoint with service…our first day Rajsthan and we received this kind service…Unhappy customer…Rooms service also they provided late….

Very poor service, small rooms, high price, and very rude staff. They no nothing about hospitality.

One of the worst experience during stays at this hotel. Went there with my family and stayed for 3days. This hotel worst part is the persons who are at the reception desk. Most of the time they don't respond to calls from rooms and even if they answer it takes lot of time to provide the service. Faced lot of issue with the toilets and getting hot water for shower in the morning. Only good thing are the service boys who are well mannered and courteous. The hotel is very old and not maintained properly also. The desk persons don't have the etiquette how to talk to customers and to listen properly to the instructions even. So I won't recommend this hotel to anybody if travelling with your family to stay at Jaipur.

Hotel location is good and easy for access to any point of city rooms are clean but some problem faces during stay like as slippers not available and coffee maker not available and manually provide soap shampoo

Pathetic experience with hotel ashish won’t recommend to anyone please guys don’t prefer this hotel at all these people are just hungry for your money pathetic services don’t prefer this hotel at all

Price are overly high in the hotel its very average they are charging too much money for one night which is not worth it. That pillow covers are not even cleaned. Their bed is very dirty.

Rooftop restaurant with unbelievably delicious foods and generous portions. The ambience, overlooking the city, was an excellent oasis from the hectic world below. This restaurant is highly rated for a reason. Excellent service, excellent food, all around gem.

Great rooftop dining in humble Jaipur. Staff were very observant and thoughtful. Food was delicious! Good view of the city!

Beautiful and peaceful rooftop. Great food selection and everything we had was delicious! The owner sat down and chatted for a bit over tea. It was a lovely experience! We may have to go back while we’re still in Jaipur!

From the moment we walked into the restaurant rooftop, we felt right at home! The staff were lovely and the manager came over to welcome us to the restaurant. The food came out and it was DELICIOUS! Very happy tummies ?
We even got beautiful henna done!!

I stayed in Jaipur for 10 days and couldn't recommend it anymore. The staff is friendly as can be . I felt at home. Not only is the room comfortable and spacious but the food is delicious. I had the opportunity to take cooking classes and that was the best experience! If I am ever in Jaipur again, this is where I will stay again and again. Thank you everyone at hotel kaylan!!

Liked the concept, view from restaurant is very nice. Service was also prompt and good. But food taste and quality is not worth the hype or price they charge for. Valet parking facility is available. They promptly guide you through corridor to lift leading to 14 floor, for restaurant. View of the city from top in evening is beautiful.
