Hi, Our stay at WelcomeHeritage Traditional Haveli in Jaipur was truly memorable. As visitors from New Zealand, we were especially keen to experience a traditional Rajasthani style ambience, and this property met our expectations. The lounge has beautifully preserved Rajasthani haveli-style décor, and the overall ambience of the hotel perfectly reflects traditional heritage, creating a charming and authentic experience. A special mention goes to Ms. Darshana at the Front Desk, whose professionalism and warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. She, ***** with the entire Reception/ Front Desk team, consistently went above and beyond to assist us, always with a smile and a helpful attitude, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to blend comfort seamlessly with Rajasthani ambience.!!

Hotel was beautiful and food was good. The bed, however, made me a bit itchy although it did not affect my fiancee so it might just be an allergy. Staff was very nice

We had the most beautiful stay for 3 nights. Picked up from Jaipur airport after a late flight, the welcome we received made us feel like the most important people in the world. Refreshing welcome drinks and beautiful flower garlands. It was quite breathtaking. Our room was so beautiful. Exquisite decoration. Excellent comfortable bed. "24 hour hot water.." really is a selling feature and is true! The rooftop bar and restaurant is gorgeous. Excellent menu. Great atmosphere to watch the T20 cricket. The service was outstanding. We cannot fault this hotel, it was stunning in every way. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff behaviour was extremely warm, polite, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more special. From hospitality to cleanliness and service, everything was very well managed. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a traditional yet comfortable heritage experience. Would definitely love to visit again!

Great heritage hotel. It gives you a great Jaipur experience. The staff is great and gives you always a warm welcome.

I’m from the USA so I didn’t know what to expect or if the accommodations would be comfortable for a westerner but my stay was excellent. The hotel and the rooms are very decadent and photogenic. The cafe, bar, and restaurant especially are delicious (highly recommended the biriyani) and the staff is friendly. The beds are western style (hallelujah!) and the rainfall shower in the bathroom with super hot water make me give this place 5 stars.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at Welcome Heritage. The charges are very reasonable & I can’t think of any-other property to provide such a package. The Location is great, the bar #BC with live music was pleasant experience, the rooms were spacious n had a feel of luxury all over.

Beautiful, Clean, Best service, Best in politeness and courteousness, great food, best value for money. What more can I say! My wife, our baby and I stayed in this beautiful place from the 27th of Sept to the 30th of Sept. I have just reached the Jaipur railway station and I am compelled to already be writing this review. The elegant haveli designs of this hotel immediately captured our attention. We were greeted with a tilak, a foolon ki mala, and a welcome drink. The moment we stepped inside our premium room, we were so satisfied. A spacious elegantly designed room exactly as seen in the MMT app through which we had booked this hotel. All facilities were provided as mentioned. Every staff and the owner himself is so well behaved. Everyone says Namaste everytime they see you. The service is super fast and efficient. Be it room service, or the restaurants, your requests are fulfilled on time and in a very short time. The food quantity and quality is excellent. The food has a flat 20% discount, and they have happy hours 24/7 on 30 ml for all alcoholic drinks. To give an example, we ordered two plates of chicken biryani for Rs 900 after discount, and half plate was left untouched. 7-8 pieces of chicken were included in each plate. They have a beautiful haveli styled balcony on the second floor, a basement bar with live music on the weekends, a beautiful pool side cafe on the roof. Communication is very good with autos, erickshaw and all app based services for travel available until late in the night.
