I booked for a night here based on the reviews and hotel website. I was upset initially as the photos on the website and its actual appearance was not close. However, the small kitchen at this hotel compensated for all the experience. I paid 8k for a room thinking that the room will be bigger or better than other rooms. However, it turned out that there is nothing extra minus sofa. It’s a good hotel for that budget with decent guests. I was a solo traveller and was comfortable to stay here. The approach road to the hotel was lonely and dark but all that didn’t matter after I stored inside. Excellent hot food from the small kitchen !

it's a home stay with smiling and courteous staff,well maintained. the veranda opening is too good. we have seen happy guests in jai niwas like us 👍

Food options was less. Garden space was very less. Not able to extend check out time by at least 1 hour

Worst hotel to stay. Dont go as they don't have any provision of hot water in the taps. Though they have central geyser but if you have to use hot water then you have to drain 2-3 buckets of water. No one is ready to listen & have one standard statement that the same has been told to us by management. So I think there management is also least bothered to take any decision.

Best hotel in jaipur. Staffs are very much helpful. Ample items are there in the list of buffet breakfast and food is also tasty and less oily. Location was nice and vibes are magnificent

I have been visiting this property for 7-8 years now. It used to be far better than it is right now. In my recent 2 visits, i had issues with the tv, telephone, stained sitters. Whoever manages this property right now is not more efficient than the one who used to handle it before. Breakfast is not widely spread but it's fresh and good and served with hygiene.
