Location wise it's very nice as it's very close to the airport but the room service is very slow. Most of the Socket plugs are not working

On 20th July around 12:30 am I reached there for a stay. I already intimated them beforehand that I was on train and I will be reaching there after 2 hours. That time they said no issue ma'am, you come safely. They didn't ask me for any booking amount. Now when I reached at the scheduled time there (12:30 am night) they denied my stay stating that I haven't paid any booking amount. When I further told them that you never asked for it, the manager literally entered into an argument with a rough attitude and blamed us illegally. Anyway I managed some other hotel because there are lots.

Receptionist is rude. I had booked an executive room but the room they provided was terrible, small with poor condition of ac and fan. On complaining they asked me to pay 500 extra to upgrade to deluxe room. Room is unclean, floors slippery and wet, head board with fungi. Toilet faucets dirty. Comode also very dirty. Not a good hotel at all.

Worst hotel and it’s not hotel , bad cleaning facilities and rooms was so dirty and bed sheets are not clean. No water provided and I took room with balcony , balcony was so dirty

We booked 3 nos club room with balcony. But up on arrival they provided us three different categories of rooms. When we asked for same types of room the hotel authority started arguing with us. 1 room was too small, 1 room with defective water tap, 1 room with defective lock. In a single word the stay was horrible.
