It's my pleasure to share my feelings regarding your Property the HR PALACE, JAIPUR We have visited for Nights on 14th to 116th December and stayed in ROYAL DELUXE ROOM No.307. We are highly satisfied with the Service Quality, Food and Ambience of the Property. The Rooms are really Superb. All of the staff are well mannered and responsive, and I am very much thankful to the Manager Sri Narendra Ji- for his Dedicated Service to ensure the Comfortable Stay of the Guests. It's our 2nd visit to this Property. We will visit again and recommend others to visit this Property. The Maintenance and Upkeeping found Excellent under the active leadership of the Manager. I express thanks for all.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem in Jaipur. Wouldnot have expected such a peacefull hotel in the surroundings of the hectic on the streets. The warm welcoming by the receptionist was very good and friendly. We arrived quite late and they arranged the rooftop restaurant to prepare us some food, which was also amazing. we choosed the family room for the two of us and was spocious compared to other hotelrooms during our trip.

Mr Navandra Singh is the best. He helped us everyday, he’s a really good person, he enjoys to speak with people. HR palace is also beautiful, they’re so friendly and gentle, they will satisfy all your needs. 10/10 Hr palace and Mr Navandra Singh.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 18 years, and the experience has always been consistently excellent. The staff is cooperative, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I would especially like to commend Mr. Nagender Singh for his outstanding knowledge of Jaipur and the surrounding excursion spots. He is exceptionally polite, attentive, and demonstrates a truly customer-centric approach. His professionalism and dedication greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Very comfortable and spacious family room . Rooms are very clean , good service . Very polite and helpful staff . We even took a tour package and was worth it . The driver explained us very well regarding the attractions . Overall was a good stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. Good facilities, like restaurant at rooftop. Room is luxury and spacy. Staff, specially Mr Narendra Singh, is very helpfull. Good price discount for staying a more long time at least six days. Also there is an extra clean and nice terras on 3th floor for my daily yoga practise.

We had a wonderful stay at H.R. Palace in Jaipur for two nights. Everything was perfect, and we didn’t miss anything. We had breakfast every morning and also dined at the restaurant, where the food was excellent. A special thanks to the reception staff for their kindness and hospitality, especially to Nerendra Singh Hada, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve some items I had forgotten in a taxi. His determination and assistance were truly remarkable. After traveling across India for 13 days, we can confidently say that this was the best hotel we stayed at. Highly recommended!

Quality of food was good. Service was excellent and the sitting arrangement was marvellous. Prices were reasonable, it was really a nice experience i would recommend others to visit this place at least once in their lifetime.

We stayed four nights at this hotel room no. 101,103, 105, We received homely hospitality, we felt it's like home, staff are very cooperative. In future I will recommend others too to stay there, if my known people will go there.

• Service ?️ : It was ok, but could be improved.

• Restaurant ?: Waited way too long for just a fruit salad, 1 water, a cup of tea (by the way I asked for lemon tea and they brought me green tea) and vegetables pakora (fried). Food was too salty and not professionally cooked, fruit seemed fresh.

• Prices ?: Moderate
