It was nice to book our programme in Royale Lalit hotel in Vaishali nagar Jaipur
All the arrangements were properly set up as per our requirements
All the staff were too good to support at the time of any urgent need of event

I visited hotel in evening and had an incredibly unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, Mr. Laxman Singh. His behavior towards visitors was unacceptable. When I brought this up, he was exceptionally rude and unprofessional in his interactions. like kewal inko apni jeb bharni h hostel se mtlb nahi.
This kind of service is not what I expect from any establishment. The lack of professionalism and the attempt to overcharge customers is a serious issue. I would advise caution when dealing with this individual and the hotel in general. My visit was a disappointment due to this interaction

I had my guests whom l had pur up in this hotel for my daughter's wedding, the staff was cooperative, food was good ,GM ,Mr Sandeep Agnihotri had given personal touch in looking after my esteemed guests. Their stay was very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel for availing it's services.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was beautifully organized, from the ambience to the arrangements, and the hospitality was remarkable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was extremely attentive, making the entire event memorable.

A special thanks to Mr. Mahesh ji for his exceptional support and coordination – his efforts ensured everything went smoothly and that every guest felt welcomed. The location is great, and their restaurant serves outstanding food.

Not at all satisfied with how the hotel management had taken care of our issues/concerns. Ignoring complaints about the nuisance caused by other guests, security and safety of the guests which caused a really bad scaring experience. Housekeeping breaking into the rooms with the master keys for “cleanups” without prior information nor notifying that the cleanup was in progress when the guests were out and enjoying their vacation.

Room vibe was good, bed sheets, cleanliness, smell, all fresh.
Location wise super 👌🏻.
Bathroom toiletries were missing. Although the room service was fast but it would have been better if the things were already there instead of asking again and again.
Also, breakfast was good, not excellent.

Overall experience nice and good. 😊

Food here has no taste, I ordered one paneer preparation and it was pathetic, I had never eaten such dish so far. Ambience is good.
