Hotel Royal Empire in Jaipur

The rooms quality is very bad. The bedsheet is full of stains and the walls of the room is dampness and mositure.
This is your second room first is of the cockroaches.
Avoided this hotel if you are booking this.
AC is damaged and did not working.
And if you think their is a tv. In the name of tv their is a dummy TV.
I will not recommended to book this hotel.

Worst experience. I checked out within an hour. No windows for ventilation in the room or bathroom. A damp smell which is so unpleasant to stay in. Uncomfortable stay experience. I asked for a room change and they didn’t have any apparently.
Seems like a oyo hotel.

The worst hotel i have ever seen,
I forgot my medical file there…giat they throw it in dustbin and when i called to ask for it they told ki sir it is spoiled now..
I told them that this is very important please keep it at reception even in spoiled condition it is useful….
Now when i came to take it they told ki we have thrown it..and they start blaming each other for the mistake….
They dont even know ki how important a medical file can be for someone.. and finally they told ki we lost it sir, we cannot do anything….
I don’t even want to give them single start but that is the minimum possibility….
Please do not visit this hotel and dont even think about leaving your valuables at any cost…..
If we talk about service then even for a water bottle i have to come down at reception multiple times and tell them ki please water bottle bhijwa dijiye…

Filthy rooms and zero maintenance

The hygiene standards here are non-existent. The washrooms were gross and lacked soap or handwash. The staff told us it was finished—unacceptable for a hotel. The towels had a foul odor and the bedsheets were clearly unwashed. No geyser in the room either, and getting hot water is a constant struggle. Even the food/tea service is delayed by hours. This place is a health hazard.

Highly not recommended

Very bad experience! The room was not good, and the swimming pool facility was not given as promised. Before check-in, they said they would clean the pool, but after check-in, they changed the reason, saying there was an electric socket in the pool. Such a cheap and unprofessional service! I’m extremely angry — even the manager’s behaviour was rude and disrespectful. Totally disappointed!

I had booked an executive suite at the hotel for a night's stay on 30 March, 2025. Since I requested an early check-in, they temporarily adjusted me in another room as the previous occupants had not checked-out when we arrived there.
On entering our suite, I was surprised to see a large dirty room, which they named Executive Suite.
The room was quite big and had a separate sitting area, but dining table was missing. There were two toilets, but very dirty. The bigger toilet had a dirty bathtub cum jacuzzi, however I doubt the jacuzzi worked.
The tiles in the room had cracks at several places and the dirty fridge, which they called mini-bar, was empty.
Even the electric kettle they provided was stinking. When I requested the kettle to be replaced, they send another one which smelled worse.
When I sat at the sofa I felt itchy, and it looked visibly dirty.
I requested them to change the room. They told they had only one suite. Having no alternative, I told them to allot a clean room, whatever. I was shifted to a double room, somewhat cleaner than the suite.
The staff were, however, cordial and laid an extra bed as I was travelling with two children.
They didn't give towel in the room and on repeatedly asking, they said the laundry has not delivered the towels. They gave two towels only the next day morning, that too after calling the reception at least thrice.
My worst experience in a hotel stay.
