Hotel Raghuraj Palace in Jaipur

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was so terrible, I feel obligated to warn others. Do not trust the photos shown online for this hotel – they are completely fake and misleading. What we saw online were clean, modern rooms and neat washrooms. What we got in reality was the exact opposite – dirty, smelly rooms that didn’t match the pictures even 1%.
When we raised this issue at the reception, no one took responsibility. The person at the front desk was unhelpful and seemed clueless about basic customer service. We were told to speak to the owner – which turned out to be even worse. The owner was extremely rude, disrespectful, and refused to accept any fault, blaming it all on the booking websites as if they had no control over the information being shown there.
To make matters worse, we were charged extra just to “upgrade” to the room that we had actually booked in the first place based on the photos. No apology, no accountability, just a very bad attitude.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place completely. Don’t be carried away by the fake images shown online. Save your money and your peace of mind.

⚠️Warning⚠️: Avoid This Hotel❗❗❗

We recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Much ado about nothing. Despite booking online and seeing pictures of clean, A1-quality rooms with basic facilities, the reality was far from it. Our rooms (301, 307, and 207) didn't match the online images. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights to accommodate 8 people.
The rooms lacked basic amenities like hangers, chairs, and hot water. They were also damp, smelly, and unclean. And the lift didn't work in the morning.

Poor Customer Service
The receptionist's attitude made a bad situation worse, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. It's unfortunate they were representing the hotel.
As tourists who arrived late at night, we had limited options and couldn't book elsewhere. We felt taken advantage of.

Unacceptable Experience
We waited nearly 2 hours for hot water, which never arrived. The room service didn't offer any alternative solutions or apologies. As tourists, we prioritize exploring the city, not waiting for basic amenities. This level of service made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
Advice to Others
If you're considering staying at this hotel, be cautious. Make sure to thoroughly research and verify the hotel's claims before making a booking.

Rajasthan's beauty is tarnished by such hotels. They're a letdown to tourism. It's disheartening to encounter such dishonesty in an otherwise welcoming state. These hotels need improvement or closure to preserve Rajasthan's reputation as a fantastic tourist destination.

Dirty room and washroom was in very bad condition. The hotel room are in bad condition this hotel rooms are very dirty

The hotel did not inform us that its check out time was 11 AM at the time or check in. Moreover, they did not call us before 11 AM that we need to check out early. When we approached to leave the hotel at 1:30 PM, the hotel receptionist informed that we need to pay extra charges for late check out. However, the hotel manager later did not charge the extra amount for 2.5 hours delay.
