1. The hotel listing is under 5 Star but it's no way more than a 3 or 4 star property 2. I was in waiting area at lobby between 6 to 8 am and it was a cold day so I ask guy at reception for a blanket but he clearly refused to help in this winter. It's really unprofessional and inhumanity 3. Rooms were ok 4. But service was so poor no one picks call for room service multiple times happened 5. When guest put order as in room dining they ask to clear bill immediately this is really annoying every hotel has a system to clear the bill at time of check out, but acc to this hotel it's look like the guest will leave without paying the amount. 6. Also they taking 40 percent GST on room service, I don't think there is slab or 40 percent GST on food even if delivered in room. Really pathetic and unprofessional things observed will never ever choose this property as my stay.

This hotel has wonderful staff like Naresh in the bar and he also delivered to the room. Naveen and Shaveen downstairs lovely people. The hotel feels new, the interior is fresh and it is secure from people. The bedroom is spacious, cool and has a lovely comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious and it has all the luxuries you desire from this type of property. As a former hotelier I would say this place is one of the best I have stayed in India and they should be very proud of what they have. Naresh star of the show.

We were booked into this hotel by our agent who made great choices on our behalf elsewhere. However, our experience was very similar to the 16% of people who rated their stay as poor or terrible, and we suffered many of the things they described. Staff were surly and bordering on rude to me. They were completely dismissive when we raised issues about the check-in service, the rude staff in the restaurant, a faulty key card, the attitude of the lobby staff, state of cleanliness in some areas, lack of dining options advertised in the room etc. It was awful. When we told them we were leaving after three hours and asked for a refund for the pre-paid rooms they were unconcerned and said they’d raise it with their managers. I can honestly say I’ve paid massively less for a dodgy motorway motel in the UK and got better service than that provided by the (claimed) 5 star Shakun. It is clear from all the other bad reviews that the hotel are aware of the poor service frequently provided but are choosing to disregard it. And we are still waiting for our full refund for the pre-paid room.

Rooms are value for money good ambience staff n other staff were courtesies quick in their service n manger Mr Amit sharma n staffteam n house keeping where good we forgott our values in hotel room locker n check out they properly collected everything from locker n inform us for the same n we collected back from them every items was their n we salute their honesty n promptness in informing us quickly we thanks them n wish very success in their life n we look forward for stay their in our future journey in jaipur

They only charge as per 5 star tariff otherwise its just a basic three star hotel with basic amenities, starting from entrance at night time it difficult to find the entrance their security willbe sleeping, reception people won't greet you the smile, matress in corridor is dirty dont know when they cleaned it last, electrical fittings are broken in room, bedsheets are not sparkley white, ACthermostat wont work, and house keeping staff will keep on greeting you im anticipation to get money mostly cause they get low salary. And for me they charged for extra person for my 9 year even though we were not provided with rollover bed.

Poor, non professional staff , old material stuff , location is good , staff specially manager very rude and unprofessional, I asked for a iron they provided one it was quite old and dirty iron and board , it leaved a strain on my shirt and burned it as well , on complaining instead of solving they put blame on me lastly I have to leave with dirty shirt . Poor services as well , staff respond very slowly, you need to call again and again to get the things at your room. Manager also told me to give review wherever you want so i am sharing my experience.

This hotel says this is 5-stars but it is similar to 4-stars level quality.

The interiors and the exterior of the hotel are great. The hotel staff was so kind to talk.

The cleaners and restaurant staff were not great because they could not arrange filling soups and making waffles after I asked twice each.

Four Season Restaurant is one of very good dining place in Jaipur. The Restaurant serves quality vegetarian food. It also serves Jain Food on demand. The interior and Exterior is impressive and attractive. The sitting is comfortable. The quality of food is good. It receives good crowd in Lunch and Dinner time.

Nice value for money vegetarian fare. We ordered the dosas and they were great. Tomato soup wasn't that good though. Though they have a menu full of everything, it's a good place to have Indian snacks.

Read the reviews on Maps(especially the bad one's). So I was not surprised when they didn't have a menu, nor when they asked for money up front. The paav baaji that we had was good, but the momos was subpar. The waiter who waited on me had an attitude and forget to give the drink that I ordered and paid for. I had to remind him again before he got it. The aunty sits right in front of the place like a bouncer.

The place did not have a place to wash my hands after the meal.

It’s an amazing cafe to visit in the Central Jaipur..C-Scheme. The place is well located near Statue circle and offers a variety of multi-cuisines to try. I think it is the best place in Jaipur to have Pav-Bhaji!

Located at one of the classiest location C scheme. I have been here twice or thrice but whenever i visit this place it amazes me.
They have spacious seating arrangements available on first and eighth floor.
First floor - It is kind of fine dining with spacious seating arrangement and beautifully decorated ambience.
Eighth floor - Rooftop available with lower and upper deck. For upper deck you have to climb more stairs but that will be worth when you finally reach that place and enjoy the picturesque view of Jaipur
Lower one have open and covered both seating arrangements with supercool crowd. So i really like this place.

We tried pizza ,pasta and shakes all were amazing and delicious. We really enjoyed the food here whenever we visit this place.
They also serve beer at rooftop so if anyone wants to enjoy drinks with Mesmerising view of pink city then go ahead with this place.

Major problem is their service and their staff quality is degrading with every visit. They react very weirdly and start judging the moment you place your foot at this place so thats a bit annoying. I hope this will change till my next visit.

Overall i like this place and will recommend you visit with your friends, colleagues or soul mate and enjoy the food and drinks with amazing view of pink city.
