Radisson Blu Jaipur in Jaipur

Honestly, I didn't expect this from a brand like Radisson. My experience was really bad and would definitely not choose any of the Radisson hotels again. Reasons:

1. Hotel check in time is 3. Well, I understand it might be their policy. But this is really not travel friendly. Many a time you would check-in in morning or noon but making it 3 will leave you no place to put your bags in. I reached there at 12 and was really unaware of this which was my fault I agree. Hence requested the receptionist (Anmol) to help me with any room so that I can freshen up and leave. They asked me to wait for 5 mins (ever time I asked) and that extended to 1 hour and 15 mins with no hope. Ultimately, had to leave my bags at reception and leave. No support from the staff not even ready to listen to your concerns.

2. I entered the room (at 6PM) and found one lamp to be non-functional. Seriously! Moreover the socket near one of the bedside and on the study table were not working (like are you kidding me? How am I supposed to charge my laptop?). Somehow I managed to charge through the hotpot socket. Attached socket photos for reference.

3. While checking out, I handed over the keys and the receptionist asked me to wait for a few minutes till the process is over and told me that they'll let me know. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes with no communication from them, I reached out again to ask what was the status. And they told it's clear and I could leave (What! Who'll tell me this? How on earth would I have ever known if I hadn't asked!). They are just busy in doing what they're doing and don't even care you exist there. (btw while I was waiting one Canadian person was scolding the manager for a horrible experience too. I smirked and left finally from the hotel.)

Team, If I am paying for the room, at least I'd expect some service from you. Or I'd rather choose a lesser star hotel with some good hospitality.

My experience in Radisson Blu’s restaurant called “The Market Place” was awesome. There are lovely waiters and waitresses which make the restaurant more welcoming and beautiful. I would like to give a big thanks specially to Miss Lovepreet Kaur who always has a wonderful smile on her face and also Miss Sumandeep kaur, Miss Sonia, Mr Paras, Miss Rejina and those whom I didn’t catch their name. A big thanks to the chefs who made nice food and tasty desserts.
Overall all the people at the hotel are amazing people. Always here to help. It’s the staff that make the place a success ☺️
