First of all if you are hindu don't even think to go at this hotel I am not biasing based on religion but when you enter hotel you see a poster their it is as follows Aap Namaz padhna chahte hai Yes : Ask the receptionist No : Jahannam ka intezar kare (If you want to read namaz Yes : ask receptionist No: Wait for the hell ) How can someone implement this type of things on someone Most people don't know about the word jahannam means in Hindi If you talk about breakfast service it was worst Milk in coffee machine was never refilled Juices were also not present Also don't go if you are pure veg because they don't have seperate kitchen and all non veg and veg food is served side by side Room service and Housekeeping was good compared to other things listed above We were with 11 people which included 4 senior citizens and all were pure vegetarians... There is nothing wrong about religion but what they are trying to do is so wrong.. I appreciate that they have banned alcohol and also smoking for all floors except top floor...

I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my life. The staff is very useless and the rooms are very dirty. There is no cleanliness in the rooms and I have never seen such rude staff. Even if a couple does not have luggage, they are not given a room. nice....👎

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Acro Palace, Jaipur! Excellent service, clean rooms, and a perfect location. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating. Highly recommended!

Bus reached 1.45 hrs late and resched exam center directly and late by 15 min.
Although hotel booking was an error at our end but immidiately informed to customer care with was resplved very delayed paid entire day room rent just for 90 minutes hotel usage.
there was big communication gap between hotel and MMT team, and we ended up with completely inconvenience with bus travel and stay period.
no other service issues for 90 minutes spent there and no time trying food and other animates.

It is a good hotel to stay in. Rooms, restrooms, corridors and common areas are all well maintained. Staff's behaviour is also very good. One cons was that there is a large transparent glass of door size in the bathroom wall through which one can see sitting from the room. That's good for couples but not for others. However curtain is provided to cover the glass.
