The hotel was gorgeous, the rooms are pretty too. Haveli style, with coloured and patterned glass windows and with an attached ground for wedding. Also a Rooftop restaurant, infrequently used but made to look real nice. It's a little inside the residential area so kind of quiet at night and depending on where you work, can be a little inconvenient to travel. Otherwise management and staff is cooperative. Caretaker is very sweet. They ensure a comfortable, safe and convenient stay. And the interior is so pretty!

Definitely recommend staying for a few days and enjoying the interior and direct outdoors. I didn't get to, but I would totally visit again if I could!

I stayed last night after recommendation one of my friend, please don't visit this site... Very unprofessional staff and stuffs was dirty and smelling. They don't even provide toiletries and charges extra for water also. I will never visit this hotel also advised to never go for it.

Worst hotel ever,tiny rooms,no service at all,they take 2 hours just to make a pizza and fun fact they dont even have 70 percent the stuff they have on their room,shittiest room ever and 3k wasted

We booked the hotel for 2 nights. But a day before we just called the manager and told that our program is postponed due to some reason so please refund the amount or either shift our dates. He did nothing, he didn't refund nor he rescheduled the hotel booking instead he spoke very rudely with us and with the MakeMyTrip agent also. Horrible this was. Please don't book kalyan heritage.very pathetic response we got from this hotel.

They charged us extra. Not going back here again. Would not recommend. I paid the amount for a full day but still they charged extra at the time of check out. I am very disappointed.

That hotel was average and, good but the washroom condition was not good at, all and the food was also tasty at the restaurant of the hotel i like the, atmosphere and location of it you can go for it, such a nice location having.
