Hotel Silver Pride in Jaipur

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't know how to talk to people. Not at all corporative. Please don't even think of booking this hotel. Building is not as per shown in photos in various websites. Room is extremely dirty. Attaching photos. Negative ratings for everything.

Booked Hotel Silver Pride through MakeMyTrip and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, stinking, and completely unhygienic — nothing like the photos shown online. The bedsheets were dirty, linen stained, and clearly not changed after previous guests. The bathroom fittings were broken, water leaking everywhere, and to top it all, the toilet pot was yellow and disgusting. Found old cigarette buds lying around — that says everything about the so-called “cleanliness.” It was honestly impossible to stay even a single night in that condition. This kind of third-class property should not even be listed on MakeMyTrip. It’s shocking that a trusted platform is promoting such substandard hotels. I demand a full refund and strongly urge MakeMyTrip to inspect and immediately delist this property so that other customers don’t go through the same pathetic experience. This was not just disappointing — it was disgusting.
