Excellent stay and hospitality. Vikash at front desk was efficient and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Kishan and Murari were prompt and courteous. Restaurant and in-room dining experience was great. Despite an ongoing corporate event, staff ensured we got attention and were receptive to feedback. Overall, enjoyable stay and recommend it.

After 3 weeks in India, this was one of the standout properties. The service was amazing, the restaurant had great food, and the property was in a good location. I really would like to commend the staff at this property because it truly was a luxury stay.

All the staff are very helpful. Virender from the front office grant us a late check out without extra fees. All the staff from the housekeeping are very polite and keen in what they are doing. Of course without forgetting the restaurant, the chefs made sure that all our requirements are met..would highly recommend Trident Jaipur

Trident service is unmatched! They are super professional and really go out their way to make sure your stay is perfect! The hotel is spotless and the amenities are great! Staying here was a great way to explore the Pink City it’s really beautiful and a great experience. Food at the hotel is delicious! The staff left a small gift to remind us of our amazing stay in Jaipur! Such a wonderful gesture

A off beat resort at an offbeat location ( away from the roads) Our room was at par or even better than Taj Exotica goa villas. Huge room with a sitting place , a room with jacuzzi , even bigger bathroom with two sinks , shower areas had tow head showers with palce to sit and have a shower. Two wardrobes . And a private plunge pool with a huge area to sun bathe, a sit out outside the room. Phew...

Excellent hotel, comfortable bed, clean, and quiet.

Hotel is outside the city but it was convenient for us to attend wedding function.

This location is super impractical for tourists. Amer fort is close by but no taxi will take you there to take advantage of the proximity. Hotel is bang average. Room has stains. Breakfast is acceptable but boring. Room service is below average.

Initially had some issues, but handled nicely by Pankaj Duty Manager.

Everything was good, food was good,only problem is humidity inside bedroom.They need to work on ventilation.

Amazing hospitality and care shown by the staff. Always a delight to stay with Double tree hilton
