I had an excellent experience at Shiv Vilas Resort. The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a truly luxurious and peaceful stay. We visited this resort for a short weekend trip to Jaipur in April 2026. It is very well situated on the Delhi Jaipur highway. It is built as a royal palace and the rooms also have a royal feel. We had very good experience with all the staff. Everyone was very attentive and polite in the conversation. We also got a melodious piano music in deewane- e - khas bar area. Shiv Vilas Resort is a luxury resort that offers rooms and suites that are perfect for relaxation, conversation, and bonding. The hotel has a variety of rooms, including maharaja suites, luxury suites, regal suites, regent suites, elite rooms, elegant rooms, and more. Each room is unique and offers its own unique characteristics that will make you feel elevated. We had a fabulous experience at Shiv Mahal . We were 3 cousins and felt extremely safe . The facility is like a palace and were treated like royal guests. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Chacko Mammen for making our stay very memorable. Special thanks to Radhay, mallika and all staff at the reception, kitchen and dining, room cleaning and room services, musicians, front door security and front area musicians. Excellent teamwork by the whole staff

We had a wonderful experience in Shiv Vilas. The ambience was extraordinary. All the staffs were very humble and always ready to help. The room was very convenient. Restaurant had a wide spread and tasty food. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous - to name a few Radhe, Mallika and all others whose names I do not know. Above all, thanks a lot to Mr. Chacko Mammen who made all the arrangements for us. And our special thanks to the front office staff, musicians and front security for giving us the royal welcome.
