Excellent stay and hospitality. Vikash at front desk was efficient and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Kishan and Murari were prompt and courteous. Restaurant and in-room dining experience was great. Despite an ongoing corporate event, staff ensured we got attention and were receptive to feedback. Overall, enjoyable stay and recommend it.

Took the booking with the wedding in place at night. The kid and us couldn’t sleep throughout the night. Surprisingly pathetic behaviour of the staff and the manager. Funny enough they told us that they are upgrading us to a tent room at the time of checkin. The idea was to move us slightly away from the extremely loud music. Unfortunately, that also didn’t work. All they wanted was to fool us. Our toddler couldn’t sleep throughout the night. Just ignore the property. Just the horrible place with worth staff possible. They will go to any extent for money.
