Best Staff including Reception etc, Amenities were good, complementry Breakfast good, Good WIFI connection, Pleasant to Stay, Very Near to Railway Station to access Central and Airport. Very nearer for all varieties of shopping.

Helpful staff . Had parking and were willing to make adjustments for the same as per requirements. Always willing to help and assist . The room was very clean and amenities were functional. Location was very convenient for my purpose of travel

The best thing about this Pechis Castle is the location. Resturants, Bars, shopping etc are all a short walk or a quick auto ride away from here. The price is affordable and staffs are friendly and overall a very comfortable and convenient stay. Breakfast is tasty and good quality. Negatives : The rooms could have dental kit, shaving kit, tissue box and toilet papers. This place will be my regular stay going forward whenever I visit chennai.

Not happy with the quality of the place. It's basically an apartment where each room is made into a "hotel room". My room had no windows. The amenities in the room look old. Only good thing is the staff are well-mannered and quite efficient.

the best asset of this hotel is the very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to help me with arranging cabs and ensure that i am able to attend my appointments in time and that too in pouring rain ( special thanks to the manager ). I am 74 and all the help was particularly appreciated.

The staff was very very polite, helpful, respectful. Whatever we asked for we got in our rooms. Everyone including the gate security personnel were very polite and helpful. A great stay indeed

Taste wise I like this restaurant very much. But as Govt implemented only GST of 5% on food. But this restaurant charges additional 10% of service charge which is totally unfair.
If they want to sustain in the market they have to follow govt rules and regulations.

Really good restaurant.. good food and good ambiance.. but be careful while paying the bill though.. In one instance i was charged service charge apart from GST, but they did cancel it out and gave a new amount when I told them.. totally good place..

Service here should be improved. They severing very lately even being there four persons who have already dine in. Really had to wait 25mins for the food. The food was ok.

Excellent service! Food quality and taste were awesome. Special mention to the Singapore Chilly sauce flavour which was too good. Overall was totally impressed with the ambience and service at this restaurant. Definitely recommend.

The food was bland. As bland as it could be. The soup had no taste, chilly potato was soggy, vegetable in schezwan sauce was not spicy at all and the Wang's special noodles were doughy. I asked for pepper sauce and schezwan sauce but those were tasteless too. Net net, worst Chinese food I ever had.
As if bad food was not enough, they were also playing some nonsense Chinese music. And yeah, to prove that they are authentic Chinese, their entire staff is from North East...

Neat, clean and well lit interiors. The staff were well mannered and courteous. A nice place to spend time with a few loved ones. Noticed a few dirty spoons which were replaced immediately. And I noticed my thin crust pizza wasn't as hot as I expected it to be.

The pizzas were amazing. I would give a 4.5 if I could. The margarita pizza wasn’t up to the mark. But rest all were amazing.

This place was great but has recently gone to the dust. The servers here make you wait forever just to hand over the menu card and then again there's a wait to give your order and then comes the really huuuuuge wait to get your items to the table. Ordered a veg kebab crust pizza. The pizza was basically squishy and saggy and the toppings were literally flowing out of the top of the crust as I lifted it. When I complained they told me that's how kebab crust pizzas are. Seriously? The ordinary pizza that we had ordered was also average. And their pricing is seriously questionable for the quality of food they serve. This has been my brother's experience too a few weeks after my visit. Never ever visiting them again. Never ever. Domino's offers way better pizzas for way less a price.

Serves GOOD Chinese cuisine.
Amongst the choices, I recommend...
1. CHILLY PORK (The meat was well cooked and it was almost melting in my mouth).
2. DATE PANCAKE WITH ICE CREAM (Thin layer of pancake stuffed with dates. Topped with Vanilla ice cream & honey).
