AC didn’t work, toilet flush didn’t work, Pillows, comfort all dirty. We informed the front desk that AC not working, we were keep going back to front desk. He said, in 5 mins we will get it, after 2 hrs also no AC. We decided not to stay, then he showed other room, which is full of insects. Finally, he gave 2 other rooms in which AC was working. ******* should take this hotel out of their list

The rooms are totally different from what you see in the apps . The amenities are zero , they don't give anything.
Not the proper water bottles they provide. The Food they get it pack from outside and give it us , in that also zero sense , the house keeping person will give you the food and plates and all you have to keep asking them then they will provide 🤣🤦... hilarious experience.
No proper facilities provided.
Avoid going to this place , you will regret it and waste your amount as well , you can get better stays in the same pricing elsewhere.

Everything was nice. Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit chenai Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was good. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!"

Dont go on the photos . However, the rooms are good. I actually did not stay overnight. checked in early in the morning and checked out at night as i was there for an urgent meeting. the staff is friendly. They made adjustments and helped me with my complimentary breakfast. so thanks to them. overall happy. but if u r looking for spacious rooms, il not recommend.

the hotel experience was very bad this time.
Though I had booked a 24 hr check-in check-out option privided durung booking , I was not allowed to check-in at 8 am in the mrng at the hotel. the worst part was made me pay 500 extra at the hotel for the 8 am check-in. very disappointing service . HOTEL SERVICE WAS VERY VERY BAD.

Booked 24 hrs check-in checkout on mmt. Hotel did not agree for it when i went there. Mm t helpdesk too made me pay rs. 500 extra for early check-in. Terrible experience with the hotel and mm t people.

The place at ground floor is ok ,there they serve tiffin items.
But the meals will be served at 1st floor and that's very nasty place, it's not clean and they serve it like they serve in a free food service(like you have to sit in line) .
For a limited meals with fair taste they charge you like ₹101 and that's too costly and not worthy.
Even in roadside shops the food will be more hygienic, tasty and way better than here.
