We accidentaly booked a room which we didnt want which js not the hotelsfault. (goibibo needs better clarity on the facilities) However our front desk host (apologies i forgot to ask for your name) was so helpful he arranged the needful without any extra headache or stress. Amazing hospitatlity eased us and kept us energised for the rest of the whole journey. Complimentary pick up and drop to the hotel was also very kind of them. Thank you.

Having a very bad experience now, unhygienic environment, costly room for such low class rooms , zero maintenance room and toilet, stinks so bad, uncleaned/ all stain bedsheets and what not and the dinner provided with a third class taste🤦🏼♀️👎👎👎 portion was okay but the taste yuckk.!!! Don’t believe the 3/4/5 star rating here they are themselves rating maybe this is the genuine review.

Filthy and sure to get infected. The toilet is so bad that it is completely unusable. Toilet floor is slippery, water leakage all over, wall have fungus, door is so dirty that it cannot be even touched. If you want to live another day please don't use this hotel. Use at your own risk. It is not even worth to pay 100 rupees to stay here. Please check the bathroom if at all there is any compulsion for anyone to stay at this hotel.

Good hotel very close to Chennai airport The rooms were clean and neat so sir the atmosphere. The staffs here were fantastic . They are really kind enough to arrange me free airport drop service to the Chennai airport . Full marks to Chennai deluxe hotel pallavaram

good hotel which is very close to chennai airport best thing about this hotel is they provide drop service to chennai airport. they also have an take awat restarunt , food was very good . and it was very much affordable . overall its a best place to stay near schennai airport

Pros 1) Close to the airport 4 minutes by car 2) Staff and reception was courteous and helpful 3) Food can be ordered in the room and the quality is good 4) AC and TV was working and toiletries with clean towels were given Cons 1) Room is tiny for the family of three 2) No cupboard or hangers to keep clothes, only 4 hooks 3) bathroom was smelly, and tiles were so stained that one can not tell what original colour was 4) taps were rusted, and no hot water for bath
