Such worst service i have ever seen 1. They didn't provide proper room which is shown while booking. 2. No proper response even after asking many time they didn't give soap, blanket, no cleaning, no hot water. 3. Such a attitude they as if they have provided room for free will never recommend any of my friend & family members this place.

The location is very convenient. Just walking distance from Chennai Central Railway Station.
Room service is very poor. there is no intercom or bell inside the room to contact reception.
The rooms are full of cockroaches.

location is gud. Rooms are clean and neat. but there is no Parking . Room service peraons also working well. but limited people only know tamil.

Horrible place with horrible location. Very difficult to even reach there. I couldn't stay there so i got out after inspecting the rooms.
