We stayed for five days at a stretch.
Yes issues were there but just a single click away , they solved all the issues diligently.
Not to mention Miss Ting she was cute and Mr Uday was always on the positive side trying to make us comfortable. The chef's managers reception everyone were good.We had a nice time at the property.

Hi! Really it gives me a nice feeling to express my views/ give feedback about Ramada by Wyndham,Egmore, Chennai.Since last 3 years Ramada Egmore taking care of all my guests(family members, friends & relatives) with great care and comfort.They are very professional in their approach,with a great Personal touch.So any function or get to gether I am organizing,I prefer Ramada Egmore, without any second thought.The staff are very polite,friendly,warm and courteous.Rooms are renovated,food is good,with a pleasant ambience.Recently i hosted post wedding reception of my son in Ramada Banquet halls.All guests are very happy about the food and service.So overall I can state that Ramada by Wyndham is like a " Home Away from Home" for us.I would like to make a very special mention the following executives of the Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm approach.They are Mr.Arjun- Front office reception Manager,Mr.Giri- Duty Manager,Ms.Rasika - Banquet sales manager,Mr.Ravi and other team members of Banquet team along with Mr.Saravanan Chef
I am also thankful to Mr.Asif Ali Naqvi for his personalized attention and positive approach to each and every guest to ensure they leave with a good memories about the Hotel.

We had a lovely family stay at Ramada Chennai. The staff were warm, courteous, and made us feel welcome right from check-in. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. Breakfast was delicious with good variety, and the overall atmosphere was calm and family-friendly. A great experience—we’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families. 😊

The service at the hotel is good, but the property itself has become quite old, and several maintenance issues are noticeable. The rooms are clean but feel dingy, with visible dust accumulation on lamps and curtains. The washrooms are hygienic, though they also appear worn and dated. Overall, if you’re looking for a short stay of 6–8 hours just to sleep and head back to work the next morning, it’s fairly acceptable, but not ideal for a comfortable or extended stay.

Had a wonderful dinner yesterday 03.02.26 at Ramada Hotel, Egmore, Chennai with a group of 15 people, and it turned out to be a truly memorable evening. service by Mr. Susant was absolutely excellent. He and his team were very attentive polite and made sure everything was perfect for us throughout the dinner.What impressed us the most was their warm hospitality and the extra time they allowed for our group, which made us feel very comfortable and special. It was not just a dinner, but a really pleasant experience filled with great service A big thanks to Mr. Susant and his team

The food at Symphony, Ramada Hotel was really enjoyable. There was a good variety of dishes, everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were on point. Both veg and non-veg options were satisfying, and the desserts were a nice finish. Add in the comfortable ambience and friendly service, and it makes for a pretty great dining experience overall.
