Fan room is not of much help because the fan is not fast emough and it is not in the center. A/C room is much better. The room layout is very nice. Housekeeping is admirable. A great hotel to return to.

Room is neat and clean . RO Water supply room is not maintained well.Bathroom mattress is not provided and turkey towels provided are torn in condition. Extra bed booked is provided after our request only.

Everyone were very much helpful ,from receptionist to room service person and also those who were in the restaurant. Executive room was quiet small for 3 person but room bathroom was very much clean

Nice Staff. Good Location nearby railway station egmore. You can walk from station to hotel. Cleanliness is also good.

The bathroom has been provided with toiletries. The rooms are daily cleaned and fresh towels are provided The buffet Breakfast has good spread and staff is eager to serve you. Checkin and checkout is very smooth

Nice hotel but not for fussy traveler cos hotel is quite old. Other staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good and delicious.

The hotel has 2 dedicated entrances with dedicated lifts. If you are in your car then use mall basement parking area entrance which has dedicated free parking for hotel. The second entrance is from GF near Macdonald

The room was fine but the toilet and water supply was poorly maintained. The water flow in the shower was too low, you could barely wash your face rather than taking bath! Toilet flush was not good

I don't think it's the best location and the water is hard. but the people are kind and if u ask for a particular food. so I would definitely recommend it. and if u have ur car it's best cos getting a cab can be difficult

They also have a special dish they make themselves, it's a chicken starter that's green on the inside, don't know if it was green chutney or not, but it surely was one of the best starters I had in my time at chennai

This hotel was perfect for us - we spent a week exploring Chennai, and found the location worked very well; there is easy access to the (easy to use) metro, a large mall is nearby, as well as coffee shops and inexpensive restaurants aplenty

Since last 3 years Ramada Egmore taking care of all my guests(family members, friends & relatives) with great care and comfort. They are very professional in their approach,with a great Personal touch

First of all, room is not good. Not clean, looks very older walls and interiors. There is no private beach area. Swimming pool also not good and too much smell due to cholorine. Indoor play area is very smelly

The only disadvantage I saw is kettle is available, but tea bags and milk powder to make tea are not available. and don't buy order food from inside the restaurant; it is 5 times costlier than the original price

When I travelled Chennai last week, I fund this great hotel for the stay. Restaurant foods were so delicious and the staffs are so cooperative, smiling face and excellent service

This hotel was once my regular during office tours to Chennai, so went back after many years with family. The hotel is under renovation and got rooms in a new building. Overall experience is quite satisfying

Room service was quite prompt and number of options besides south Indian delicacies were available. Breakfast spread was also good and the staffs there were polite and helping

Another point is only one bottle of water is provided ,even in case of twin occupancy and you have to ask for another bottle every day ,which they provide

  Room allocated from 05-07 Jan was satisfactory, however room allocated for my 09-12 Jan stay was not proper as I had a few problems with respect to aircon , light controls and also the entrance door to the bathroom

Rarely smiling or making eye contact. They seem unaware of shopping areas in city or attractions in city and not helpful with queries. Lobby is dated with old furniture. Also noisy and infested with mosquitoes
