OYO 71174 Hotel Red Velvet in Kolkata

The room might look good, but the overall experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor and almost every staff member was rude. Food delivery was very late, and to make it worse, there were lots of cockroaches in the room. Even after informing them, no one came to fix the issue. The water supply was unreliable and would suddenly stop. Honestly, some of the work done in the property also felt a bit shady.

Definitely not worth the stay. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Very very bad housekeeping and cleaning department...all services are very bad...food dept is very good but services very bad..zero review...I m coming from delhi to stay here but I suggest all not come here...zero cleaning

The use of their staff is as bad as the beauty of this hotel. I called the hotel at eight o'clock to see if there was a room available. The manager of the hotel informed me that there is a room vacant and it will cost 1100 rupees. I called at 9:30 pm to take him to Naihati station and he said there is a room for you. I reached the hotel at ten o'clock in the morning but the staff there said that there is no room, only one room will cost 1800 rupees. In this way, people are cheating at night. Despite having booked the room in advance, they are showing themselves wrongly saying that there is no room and trying to give more money. In addition, various problems are being created with the documents. Request to all of you to think before going to this hotel. Scams like this can happen to you too

My experience at the hotel could have been better. The services were not provided properly and I did not receive a blanket at night when needed. The blanket that was later provided was not clean and had an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the pricing seemed higher compared to the service quality offered.

I visited this hotel during Durga Puja, the staff is good but they charged 1800 but they give a room unhygienic room too much. The bed sheet haven't cleaned not clean pillow cover I told again and again for cleaning they didn't. I take towel for washing they give me a nucleared towel. When I paid for room while I entered they told me that in morning tea or coffee but didn't give any of this.

Previously visited this place many times but Now days they are cheating people. They never mentioned anything about the money and later they demand extra money like they have added the GST. So I asked them to provide a Bill with their GST number, from that point those stuffs behaving like I have to give the money because they are asking for it. This is the worst OYO, those stuffs are ruining OYO's business. Very Poor Customer service.

Last week I visited this place to attend a marriage party. It is a below average venue for marriage. Lift works for 3 persons only. Inside hall AC doesn't work, fans kept off, very narrow place to conduct a marriage ceremony. Overall poor experience.

My girlfriend made a booking via OYO (pre-paid), when we reached the property they told us they are not taking any booking via oyo and they didn't provide room, and said cancel the booking (they were laughing at us, like they have already made us fool)
In the end we tried to reach oyo but you know its a fraud, so they call was not connecting we tried and several times,then booking got canceled we lost our money..

Do not go for pre-paid booking here these are pure chor...

Fraud business u booked hotel from oyo bt when u go there they tell u no room available cancel oyo and then u booked from them lots of money. Oyo doesn't refund my payment.
