Property is located at a nice place however the rooms are not that good..., the washroom had no water... ,there was no TV as mentioned and the bedsheet covers were torned apart also the service staff asked us to come off platform and not to make payments through the platform... in my opinion not expected to had such a bad time... was only there for a couple hours then left as it was not that good.

Worst experience I have ever had, They are that much careless that they don’t even think that you are a patient. That will forced you to leave room exactly after the checkout time. They will demand you to pay a whole day amount to extend even 1hr.The room is not like that what they mentioned. Too much dirty and unclean toilets.

The worst hotel I have ever steyed in. Dirty n bad smelling rooms.Ac not working in the humid environment of Kolkata. Fan also not working properly. Booked room for 12 hrs bt able to stay only for 2.5 hrs where I was clueless to go anywhere in the mid night.

If you book from oyo app, they will tell to cancel and charge extra for their dirty rooms. The receptionist himself is way too rude when asking about the booking. The location is okay but it's way too shady place.
