Best location for Kolkata business trip.

The service at Avenue Hotel is subpar. The staff is unhelpful. The cleanliness is negligible. My guest accidentally left a sheet there. When we arrived, we tried to confirm his stay at the hotel, but he refused. This hotel is not a good fit for us. Anyone who books should make sure to confirm their reservations before booking.

Extremely best experience the guard uncle and Rajshekhar uncle they are very cooperative the uncle came at 8p.m for guard also provide me the Uber cab for airport the morning service girl both are cute and the room service bhaiya that fair one wearing red shirt also very very helpful he's very good looking 😀

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and the experience was average. The room felt damp and had an unpleasant smell although the bathroom was clean which was the only positive aspect. The hotel didn't look the same as shown in the google images. Only one receptionist was professional the others were unprofessional. Room service was slow as calls to the receptionist were often unanswered only after multiple attempts. On the day of checkout when we requested for breakfast in the room the receptionist mentioned she was in the washroom which felt unprofessional. .Considering the price the hotel was not upto the mark. Complimentary breakfast for our early check-out was limited to a sandwich and small packet juice

Had a really great stay at the Avenue, Ballygunge. Everything ranging from rooms, to the food and the service was really good. I had to extend my stay but the process was really hassle free thanks to the seamless handling of the situation by the staff. Special mention to Ms Manmeet at the reception desk. She was really helpful.

Room was a bit small to be cozy but it was enough for a single person. Bed was comfortable and clean. You can not bring outside food so you have to either go outside or order from their limited menu.

The hotel is the best in this price range. From check in to check out, everything was smooth. The reception was very welcoming and cooperative. The room was cosy and had everything thing one needs. The washroom was also fully clean. Even an electric kettle is provided. Outside food is not allowed, however the hotel has a rooftop restaurant, which serves great food. I had chosen for the breakfast option as well and it was also delicious. Overall, if presented another chance would surely choose this same hotel again.

It's known for hot reasonably tasty food prompt service reasonable price and any time availability. When all the other restaurants in town have taken their last orders, Azad Hind Dhaba is just warming up for the long evening ahead. So when you can't get food anywhere else, you are welcome here. Hussain was so Fida with it's tea that he had painted a Gajagamini picture on it's wall. Have a look over the cash counter. You will also be served in your car, as many people prefer to have their food there.

Hidden gem from many eye in Kolkata visit. They offer a reasonably priced menu with above average quality food. The servers are polite and service time was quick.

Very good food. Mutton Barra is a must have for mutton lovers. Chicken tandoori also is very delicious. But I didn't like the rolls very much. Felt it was a bit dry.
