Water leakage from the sprayer cause the floor wet att the time with water. Inform the staff no action taken during my stay 8 days. Experience with the staff at 2.30 pm requesting for cleaning and we inform please clean later in 30 min but the staff inform they are off work by now. Pretty sad answer from the service given by staff. During peak season I am understand if the room rate is double but the service and room condition is not meet the expectation.

Don’t get the room facing the big road. There’s a hangout place open till 3am and the music can be heard in the room. That’d be a nightmare if you’re light sleeper. Plus motorcycle and cars are loud every hour.

No elevator too. But it’s okay for me with light bags.

The room itself is great, big bed, comfortable dining area, big fridge. The couch needs fixing tho. But for its price, I’m okay. Tv has nexflix and youtube too.

Would come here again but stay away from any room facing the big road.

Excellent Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient!

We frequently stay at this service apartment and had an outstanding experience. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally comfortable — perfect for both short and extended stays. The bed was cozy with fresh linens, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home.

The room comes with a great work desk and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay productive throughout the day. The environment was quiet and ideal for video calls or focused work sessions, which is a must for anyone working remotely.

One of the highlights was the fully equipped kitchenette. It had everything we needed, including a stovetop, fridge, and basic cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. This feature added a great level of convenience, especially for someone who prefers to cook rather than eat out all the time.

The staff i.e. both front office and housekeeping staff were also excellent — polite, efficient, and attentive to detail. The housekeeping staff kept the apartment spotlessly clean and well-stocked with essentials, at the same time, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Overall, we highly recommend this service apartment for anyone looking for a clean, well-managed, and comfortable place to stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place ticks all the boxes.

This is an excellent accommodation option and I thoroughly recommend it to you. Very clean, super friendly staff, good internet, supermarket just down the road and great kebabs just down the road in nights as well as vegan restaurant near Trans Studio Mall. 10/10.

in the morning you can see the mountain agung it is really nice but it depends on the weather.

Great place to stay for a family with young children. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is close to Sunset Road, near Seminyak and Kuta Beach. Easy access to Trans Studio Mall and Siloam Hospital. Overall, a great accommodation with affordable price. Definitely recommended.

With a cheap price you can get a hotel that exceeds expectations, the environment is not noisy, for dinner it's near angkringan, Soto Madura, fried rice, fried noodles, in the morning there's pecel rice, if you don't like it you can gofud which has cheap postage, it's also close to Indo and Aflamart

Every morning, drinking water, tea is refilled, and the room is cleaned. The AC is really cold, the bathroom is clean and the water heater works very well.

Had time to add an extrabed and it turned out that only the sofabed had bed covers, blankets and pillows.

The staff is friendly and fast, TV channels cannot be used.
