We spent five very comfortable days in spacious, clean, and new rooms. A shaded pool was right next to our room. We had an over-king-size bed, super friendly staff, and were close to places like Pantai, Legian, and Seminyac, without being bothered by the noise. Just across the street from the hotel is a great little warung run by a charming couple who speak English. You can tag their already well-covered wall.

Fantastic hotel at an affordable price point. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were offered a free airport transfer! Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Great air conditioner and fantastic shower pressure. The pool area is nice for those wanting a quick dip or a lay in the sun. Location is very close to beach and restaurants.

This place is like a little Oasis. First impressions: Buildings and surrounds are well maintained, staff are very smiley and extremely helpful, has a cool oasis vibe. This was my second stay the first being in 2019. I booked it online as a day use room back then as it was cheap and I only wanted a place to stay until my evening flight departure. It was a good experience then and 4 years later I’m here again because it’s still fantastic value, well reviewed and a cool little oasis. This stay is a girls trip. We got a room each, me in a standard my friend in a poolside deluxe. Deluxe rooms are the way to go if you can pay a tiny bit extra. I requested an upgrade next door to my friend and I couldn’t be happier that the staff were able to make that happen the next morning. Poolside ground floor rooms are what I’d recommend for convenience and proximity to the main office and pool. The deluxe rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with double glass doors. The standard rooms are a bit smaller with a single solid wooden door. Both rooms have a smart TV, air con, small fridge, a safe, a kettle with cups etc provided. The room and the buildings are very well maintained. I would highly recommend the Pavilion for people who are accustomed to Bali and like to be close to shopping & restaurants. This is my first trip to Bali without Hubby and this place feels very comfortable and safe even with my room being on the main walkway. If that’s not for you then the rooms on the second level may suit you better. Stairs only though, no lift. If you’ve never really stayed in the Kuta area before give this place a go. I will be staying here again and again from now on. My experience at this hotel has been the best in Bali.

My friend and I were warmly welcomed and welcomed into the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Even if you don't understand the language, you can tell that the staff understood each other very well.
Check-in went smoothly and quickly.
The pool is clean and the temperature is pleasant, but unfortunately there are only two loungers available. But the pool is open until 10 p.m., which is very positive. It was a bit of a shame that despite booking a room with a pool view, we didn't get a room with a pool view. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day upon request. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel can only be recommended.

We had a two week stay at this property. Check in was a good experience, friendly helpful staff and we were in our room in no time. The room is a decent size, we had a deluxe pool side room with a king size bed, a desk and chair and a comfortable lounge chair. Room is comfortable and well appointed and the bathroom a good size with plenty of hot water. The location is great short walk to bars restaurants and best of all the local warungs. Across the road is one of the best we’ve ever visited. We highly recommend this place especially for the price.
