This is a review from someone who’s really flexible when it comes to bad hotels but this one, the worst experience ever, rooms are dirty there are stains all over the bed, the bed was not even comfy I would rather sleep on a wooden board than to ever sleep on that thing again. The toilet eww, the flush doesn’t even properly work and the sinks drain is clogged you need like solid 5 minutes to let the water run through. They don’t even give hand soaps like how badly can you be as a hotel. The room itself let alone that they use white lighting to make you feel like you are in a haunted motel, you have to unplug each lamp in the room to sleep. And the service… like at least be kind to your guests if your hotel is this bad, they will still charge if you passed the check out time for 10 minutes and they’ll call it “the system” I’ll never worry about the charge but couldn’t you just enhance the experience with a bare minimum.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the Premier Double bedroom. The air conditioning was woefully inadequate, with the cold air failing to reach the bed area due to the unit's small horsepower and poor positioning. I was awake most of the night due to the sweltering heat and couldn't get a good night's sleep.
The room's temperature was uncomfortable, and it's a shame that the hotel couldn't provide a more pleasant environment. Perhaps it's time to upgrade the aircon units or adjust their positioning to ensure better air circulation.
Until they address these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

Booked this hotel, based on location. While taking care my family in Siloam Hospital Bali, this hotel is the closest, walking distance. The room was very spacious for solo traveller. Down points are, the building looks old from outside. The pillow cases weren't pristine white, looks dirty too. And the worst part... Noise from the busy Sunset road Bali can be heard from the room all night. Not to mentioned karaoke and loud music (assuming from the resto/club close by) wasON until 3AM.
I'll think twice to come back again.

It was great night staying here even just 1 night, the receptionist is very welcome and the other staff was too. Always smile and greeting us

The room is clean, the AC is very cold even I set to 27 degree
Very well prepared and clean as well,
Close to mall, hospital and from others cafe at Bali
One minus is only a little bit noisy when your neighbor shouted

Thank you 100 Sunset Road, it was great experience for staying here

TBH. i lived in bali from20 days , stayed in different hotels but. ⛔️
this one is wrost hotel in bali
housekeeping closed 10pm. no water provider after 10 if yu have emergency go to supermarket
toilets are not cleaned
staff is incorporative
food they not cooked in good oil for breakfast

The location was super strategic, located in Sunset Road, close to several attraction, shopping centers, and hospitals (just in case). For the price that I got, it's just worth it. They have 2 buildings, I got the old one and I got the room which face to the road, so I didn't have a proper sleep cause the sound of the motorcycle that pass through and the live music from the bar around. Their room is quite huge with a complete amenities. But, the aircon is so old so it didn't cold at all, I think you have to fix it. Overall, I enjoyed stay in here since the services and hospitality from their staffs was excellent. Thank you..

Actually i loved this hotel, there's warm water and cold, but the weaknesses are the bed very slim for 2 peoples.. So my friend who has big body can't share with the partner.. If we want get extra bed must buy anymore.. Very sad while in another place we can get extra bed for free And there's no cofee for 4 peoples.. The hotels a bit stingy for cofee and sugar. The soap and shampoo are not smell good..
