Sunrise Aventus Hotel Nusa Dua in Kuta

I am a disabled traveller . I need to find hotels that are as accessible as possible . It isn’t easy to find places fully accessible in Bali , but a few have really stood out in my stay this time . This hotel was wonderful , a real favourite we would happily return to
The room was lovely and spacious . We were upgraded at check in , whe they saw I had a mobility scooter and rollator I used .
The rooms were very clean , restaurant had a great selection of food . The detox drink was to die for !!!
I also loved the sushi , such great value !
The staff were lovely !!! Sooo warm and welcoming .
The only negative was I missed dinner a few times due to the room service hours being different to what was in the hotel guide . Frustrating .
The other thing was the by pass being so nearby … the restaurant on that side has unbearably loud traffic noise … wear noise cancelling AirPods and you’ll get by. Luckily there is another side and the views over the bypass and city is amazing . Highly recommend you still give it a go … it is great for the money . The area has a mart right by it , so good to get water and what not . Close to many things , easily accessible by bluebird , if you don’t want to walk .

It was a good stay for the price. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The only downside for me was that there was no window in my room, it was quite dark and the room itself is a bit small

It's a nice experience staying at Sunrise Aventus, the staffs are respectable and accommodating, they help us with our luggage patiently and with care, we are grateful that they let us temporarily store our luggage even after check out.

The place was lovely and clean. Beds clean. Weird shower and toilet the pool is not very good

Good food, good service, only room is different, no view 🙁 but it's okay, we enjoyed 😊

A good, clean hotel with pleasant, polite staff, but I found two downsides: the room I stayed in was 15 meters, and the toilet door was not hermetically sealed, meaning that if you are in the toilet, all the sounds can be heard by the person inside the room if you are not alone, but for example, a couple, and also the window did not open at all. On the sixth floor, the Kitchen and Bar offer a magnificent view of the sea.

The room was clean and spacious, friendly staff, and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean, bright, and comfortable, though amenities were a bit lacking as there was no fridge. There's a large supermarket nearby. It can be a bit noisy at night facing the main road. Overall, it's a good value-for-money hotel.
