Quest San Denpasar Hotel in Denpasar

A good place to stay if you need to be in the Denpasar area. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. I made a last-minute booking and was happy that a non-smoking, pool-view room was still available at a very reasonable price, which made it a great deal for my budget.

One slightly unusual point was that there is a public seating and smoking area located just outside my first-floor room window, which was inconvenient for me who prefer more privacy or a completely smoke-free environment.

Nice place, realy nice and variety breakfast, easy access to everywhere.

the room is very spacious, breakfast is good, but there is no porter to help us taking the luggage to the room

Have a nice stay in Quest San Hotel Denpasar. Clean room and bathroom, cool AC, and variety delicious breakfast. Will definitely come back when I have another trip to Denpasar.

Second time to stay at Quest San Hotel
Disappointing for the room this time
The water kettle shows rusting, safety box not function and the floor mat is smelly. (sweaty feet/socks smell)
Luckily receptionist is helpful and i manage to exchange one kettle and they comes to fix the safety box.
The floor mat unable to do anything. Only can put the fragrance with timer to reduce the smell.
Too bad, the hotel room are fully occupied due to conference guest and they unable to offer me another room (only left corner room that I dislike)

Good things are the breakfast buffet is still good and delicious.
Location is good as go anywhere is convenient especially airport (within 10km)
