Sun Boutique Hotel in Kuta

Old facility, Bad place compared to the price.
Already stayed in another hotels with same price range but the experience was nicer!
Not clean, not good and not as it looks as in pictures.

We arrived at 10pm. The receptionist was so nice. We paid for refundable deposit.

BUT when we enter the room, the door is open. When we come in and check the room, we saw a leftover food in the closet!! The bedsheets got visible stain! Idk like it's not changed 😫. The shower is broken!

We ask for towels. When the housekeeping arrived, we told all the problems and he offer for room change. But it's never happened. Disappointed! Because we booked for 4days!.

The breakfast is sooo basic.

Because we don't want to ruin our vacation, we finally changed hotels the next day.

I was a regular guest at this hotel. Every time My husband and I came to Bali, we always stay at this hotel for one night as a transit before we continue our trip to another part of Bali. This time, I arrived at 10 PM, The receptionist who does the checked in was so helpful and courteous, her name is Irene if I'm not mistaken. She explained everything properly. We went up to the room, and we surprised to entered the room, smells so bad of smoke, The bed sheets are dirty plus we found hairs on top of the pillow. When my husband picks up the pad, you can see again the bed sheets have a lot of stains. Off Gross !! We came back to the reception, without touching anything else in the room. And we told her I want to change the room because the smoke's smells I cant handle it !!!. The reception did her best to help us. She was trying to call her FRONT OFFICE MANAGER to upgrade us (which is the only room available they have). And the FOM said NO to upgrade me, and let me stay in the smelly room!!! Unbelievable. I will check out the next morning at 9 AM anyway, but they cannot give me the cleaner place for their REGULAR GUEST. The manager on duty let me sleep with the smoke smell and not to care about my health!!. Well, they changed the bed sheet and "maybe" clean our room one more time, we didn't know, and we are not care anymore. After almost a year and a half, this will be the last time for us to stay. And anyway, your reception doing a great job, too bad she needs to work in a lousy management hotel. She should work in an upper class hotel.
