Wina Holiday Villa Kuta Hotel in Kuta

The hotel left a pleasant impression. Yes, of course, it's quite old, and the rooms are very simple, but it has several significant advantages: 1) A beautiful and quite spacious area, lots of greenery, and two large swimming pools; 2) A really great location — it's close to the sea (our main goal in Kuta was surfing, so the hotel was perfect for us in that regard) + the main shopping center is also very close, and there are many cafes and currency exchange offices nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed, and the breakfasts were quite hearty.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. Overall, everything was good. Room cleaning was daily, though sometimes they forgot to restock the small towels. In such cases, I'd go down to the reception and ask for towels, and they'd always bring them without any issues. The buffet breakfast was mostly the same every day, with only a few items changing. It wasn't super delicious, but it was fine for a light breakfast. Several times we asked for a packed breakfast for our excursions, and they accommodated our request without any problems. They packed quite a lot, mainly buns and fruit, as well as a couple of sausages, juice, and jams. We had no issues interacting with the staff.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, just a 3-minute walk. However, it's about a 15-17 minute walk to the street with many cafes, which can be a bit far. Right at the beach entrance, there's a delicious and not too expensive restaurant. We mostly ate there to avoid walking anywhere else. The hotel grounds were very quiet. Our room was also quiet, but if you have noisy neighbors, you'll probably hear them. Also, if your room is near the pool, you might hear people by the pool.

Our room had shampoo, conditioner, a shower cap, soap, toothbrushes, and disposable slippers.

Everything in our room worked properly, but the bidet shower had an awful sewage smell when used, so we didn't use it. The water pressure in the main shower was weak once, but otherwise, it was generally normal. There was always hot water.

The staff are very nice and helpful; they genuinely want to make your stay better. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs attention and renovation. The rooms are very run down, the bed linen is stained, the plumbing is not working and needs to be replaced, and there's an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Breakfast isn't very varied.

On the plus side, the hotel has a convenient location and several swimming pools where you can relax and unwind.

We originally booked the hotel for four nights, but we all liked it so much that we extended our stay for another five nights.

This is a fantastic pool villa, offering a serene and private environment with lush greenery in the courtyard. The pool water is clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping. The staff are warm and polite, and respond quickly to requests. The floating breakfast creates a wonderful atmosphere and is perfect for photos. It's quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway to escape the crowds. The overall experience is great, making it a worthwhile stay when visiting Bali.

The hotel has a large, beautiful area with two excellent swimming pools. The hotel is old, but we stayed in a spacious deluxe room, which was good. The pool was absolutely superb, we had a wonderful time there. It's a shame there were no shower gels in the room.

Is very good hotel nice and clean

The cleanliness was insufficient. The hot water did not flow. No one here speaks English.

Overall, it was very good! The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite. Just a heads up: breakfast replenishment stopped about an hour before closing!

This hotel is terrible. The air conditioning leaks, the sink is clogged, and at 6 AM, a fight broke out on the neighboring balcony, waking up the entire hotel. The only upside is that you can swim in the pool all night.
