Excellent hotel with an excellent breakfast, everyone is ready to help you. We spent a large part of our holiday here. The service is great and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to all the staff.

The noise sound came from air-conditioning units is too lound, can't sleep well all night.

The hotel was very nice good value for money.
Food was good excellent buffet for breakfast.
What made the experience great was the staff. They were happy pleased to see you and very helpful.
Well done to them all. A big shout out to Riska and to the security guards who risk their lives in getting you across the duel carriageway.

Cozy & modern hotel near Krisna Oleh-Oleh Bali.

Cystal junior suite is very nice & value for money if you reserve from TRIP.COM ; however, the standard room is very basic and not enough lightings inside the room & bathroom.

Note: All suites have NO WORKING TABLE PLUGS. Unsuitable for business traveller, unstable Wi-Fi is the culprit throughout premises.

Buffet breakfast has no milk, only sachet creamer.

Plus points: All staff are friendly & helpful, location is opposite KRISNA OLEH-OLEH one-stop-shopping for uniquely BALI local souvenirs, food stuff, local snacks #bali#crystalkuta#Krisna
