I always come here when I land in Bali for a quick rest before I go to next location the staff are helpful and room it always clean plus they give u 2 free chocolates when u get to the room great place for how much it costs

The location of the hotel is very good. Near to 2 malls, beach and a lot of food options. The rooms are also big and spacious. Breakfast is also good. However, it's very dated and in need for renovation. The ventilation fan in the bathroom is so noisy, sometimes the sheets have some stains. There are also water marks at the Aircon, same for both the rooms we stayed in.

The hotel is unique with three types of rooms to choose from, and the staff are very informative and helpful. The location is strategic, but since the hotel is still under renovation, you currently need to enter through the basement.

The best place to stay in Kut 🤩, the location was really good, 5 minutes walking to the beach. The rooms were very clean with all the amenities. The staff was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious; you have many options to choose from. At the entrance, they greeted us with a juice and cookies.

Don’t book. Its a huge lottery with this one.
You book garden view but end up with noisy street view with non-existing sound proofing, where one can put a finger between a window frame and the wall, resulting every street dialogs and rocket engine motorbikes directly in your room. Btw, there is no garden.

Strong mould smell, leaky aircon, unsafe bunk bed (so kid sleep in sofa), heavy stained bed sheets, generally worn out hotel.

One time saw a guy taking a used glass from dirty table, went out and immediately brought a new juice, served it to a guest. I doubt he even changed the straw.

Another time I saw a fat rat crossing the kitchen hall.

I put two stars only because we eventually managed to change the room after 3 days of waiting. And we got something livable in the end.

The photo below is really all you need to know. It hangs in the middle of the kitchen hall.

Perfect location. We stayed one night so we could just walk over to the water park. (4 min walk). It’s also right near the beach and amazing restaurants. Would I have wanted to stay more than one night? No but it was great for our needs! All the furniture is too close together and hard to walk through the room. Needs some refurbishing and then maybe I would stay more than one night.

Don't go for lunch. There is no seafood, especially prawns. Make sure you ask about what they have before you order. And don't swap for mantis prawns as they are very expensive. AUD45 for 2 plus service and tax charges. Shocking! I thought Bali was supposed to be an inexpensive place.
