I'll reluctantly give this a five-star review. The service was excellent; the staff were very enthusiastic. Every waiter, every security guard greeted you warmly, not just with a perfunctory, forced smile. The hotel is located by Kuta Beach, just across the road. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but do be careful with traffic – there are a lot of cars. The hotel has several pools, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I used to take my kids to Sanya, Hainan, and have stayed in countless hotels there, but the ambiance of the hotels here in Bali completely blows Sanya out of the water. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's really delicious, and the fried eggs were great. Even the fried noodles and fried rice, which are usually hard to enjoy back home, were genuinely tasty here. The surfing spot across from the hotel is decent, but remember to bargain and compare prices at a few different places. The only thing I originally wanted to deduct points for was the room. I had requested twin beds when booking because I was traveling with two children, but when I arrived, I was given a king-sized bed. I was too lazy to change rooms, so I just made do with a sofa bed the hotel provided. Plus, the room location wasn't great. The front desk staff even told me it had a 'GOOD VIEW' when I checked in, but it actually overlooked the downstairs restaurant. However, the soundproofing was good, and the building itself was in a good spot – a standalone building away from the noisy main one. It's just that the specific location of this room was really nothing to write home about. It was okay to make do, though; during the day, we were either at the pool or out shopping anyway, not in the room.

The hotel room was a bit small, but the water park was great and the kids absolutely loved it. It's very close to Kuta Beach and the surrounding area is lively, making it super convenient for shopping and dining.

I highly recommend this place! We had a wonderful three-day stay here. There are many convenience stores nearby, as well as large shopping malls and restaurants. Kuta Beach is right across the street from the hotel entrance, and the bar atmosphere at night is fantastic. The price is reasonable, and the hotel has several swimming pools and a water park area where both adults and children can have fun. You can even exchange Indonesian Rupiah at the front desk, so there's no need to go out. On the day of check-out, we were able to store our luggage and continue using the hotel's pool area. There are also showers in the public restrooms in the pool area, which is very thoughtful – even after checking out and swimming, you can still shower and change into clean clothes. Overall, it's definitely worth the price!

Overall, it's a good place. The location in Kuta is excellent, and the breakfast in the morning is very rich. There aren't many Chinese guests, mostly foreigners, but that didn't affect our experience. There were plenty of staff, and they even recommended a breakfast spot out of the sun. The breakfast was delicious, and the kids loved the swimming pool and water slide; the rainy season didn't stop them from having fun. A nice bonus was a complimentary photo, and you could buy additional ones for 40 each. The photographer was great, and the printed photos were high quality. The only downside was that our room was on the second floor and felt a bit damp, with the bedding being a bit humid. We also heard unfamiliar bird calls at night, which made it hard to sleep the first night. Value for money is good, costing around 1000, though the room was a little small.

The rooms are nice and clean and we paid for a premium room with two ween beds. Beds felt narrow more like double beds. We also paid extra to include breakfast, very very crowded and the food was less then average. The kids activities area was empty but still needed reservations upfront to be booked ahead of time.

On the plus the service is good. Pools are great for kids. Location is convenient but on a one way main road which makes tricky if you know Bali traffic. It’s a nice hotel but really overpriced.

Great location!! Walking distance to beachwalk mall & Kuta Beach. Hotel breakfast was superb! Room was big and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. 2 single beds was prepared for our kids. Awesome service!! Was given a Chocolate cake for our Anniversary. 4 complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel facilities was fantastic!! Swimming pool was HUGE! My kids really enjoyed it! Everything was great at HARD ROCK HOTEL!! All the service crew was Awesome!! Friendly, helpful and courteous!! Keep it up!!

The rooms are all pretty good, but why doesn't the bathroom have an exhaust system? The environment is great, and the service is good too 😌. The pool has a slide 🛝, and the kids had a blast 😄😄😄. The guitar 🎸 is the hotel's symbol, making it easier to recognize 😊😊😊. Overall, it's still pretty nice 😉😉😉.

Good place for quick bites. They also have couple of Veg options. so you can try there. Rest ambience being in beach side is good enough to attrack.

Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Menus are "standardized", as they follow National menus (everything is Halal, as I understand it).
Location is good, many other interesting places to visit afterwards if you are not done with your day.
Good view by the windows.
This restaurant is findable using online transportation app.

Lovely live music and great ambience attract passersby to this restaurant. Slightly upscale, it offers authentic Italian cuisine and alcoholic beverages. The pastas are rich and creamy and wholly satisfying. The mock tails however leave something to be desired.

Very nice location of this "italian" restaurant. Service was particularly bad on rhe night we visited, but we hoped that the quality of food would make for it. Little we knew.....food was just awful. I would bot recommend spending so much money for terrible food.
