Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort in Kuta

The service was great! They offered a packed breakfast for my early flight, which was very helpful.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk directly into a shopping mall, making shopping and dining super easy. Inside the mall, there's a Labubu specialty store with all the rare items that are hard to find back home.

Although staff were great and the location was very good, our stay was very unpleasant. This is because we were placed in what I believe is the worst room in the whole hotel. This was room #1001. The room had so-called ‘garden view’ but practically no view at all. More importantly, the room had quite strong smell of sewage every single day. I imagine the twin room #1002 next to ours must’ve been similar. So, if you wish to stay in this hotel, my advice is - make sure you do not get checked in to these two rooms!

The room was decent, and the location is excellent – you can step right out onto the beach for surfing. The pool is also beautiful.

Great location, next to main mall in Kuta, once again thank you ver much for free upgrade. You can give a pass if you are light sleeper. Spacious room with huge king sized bed. Very standard layout south east Asia design Sheraton. Great stay.👍

The hotel staff were all incredibly welcoming. There are malls and a beach nearby, and it just made me feel so at ease during my stay! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Bali!

As a star-rated chain hotel, the service and ambiance were generally up to standard. The breakfast spread was pretty average, but then again, Indonesian cuisine isn't really anything to write home about. My main gripe, however, was the shower water – it couldn't even accommodate two consecutive showers. You can imagine how incredibly frustrating it is to wait naked for hot water in a heavily air-conditioned room!

Absolutely fantastic! We even managed to get some great travel photos right here at the hotel. The service was excellent, and our room's private terrace was incredibly spacious. I'm a big fan of the Sheraton brand. One night just wasn't enough; we'll definitely be staying for a few more days next time!

Loved this hotel, right on Kuta Beach and joining onto the major mall for convenience. Immaculate, great service and clean. Great breakfast as usual for a Sheraton, but mediocre general food (particularly limited for vegetarians as is most of Bali). You can see the waves and surfers from the hotel pool, which also had adequate shade. Kids area was decent but couldn't spend too long in there. They should probably consult with someone who knows what kids need to make it a perfect family hotel. Gym was very basic, in fact, quite disappointing. Was surprised this part had such little care and attention, not even a smith machine or bench, only 1 weight machine which can't be used if more than 2 people are there at the same time. Staff were very friendly and attentive. My daughter got random balloon animals and on the last day a free bear shaped pancake that made her day. Rooms were spacious, clean and lots of storage. Great bath. Towel art was next level - they noticed my daughter loved rabbits (teddy bears) and created towel art to match. They also kindly left an anniversary cake in our fridge! Overall would stay again.
