Hotel Ayu Beach Inn in Kuta

Do not book this hotel. It closes permanently. booking.com,Agoda takes their bookings. I was caught paying. I came to the hotel and saw that there was no hotel. No refund from agoda.

Every year, I travel for one to two months, and Trip.com is my travel companion. This time, I've rediscovered Trip.com's bare face. And I'm leaving Bali, and Kuta in particular, with only unpleasant memories of a truly filthy, smelly place. I'm at fault for choosing AYU BEACH INN, but I personally think Trip.com is even more at fault for selling this trashy place.
First, my cancellation request was rejected 10 days before my departure from Korea. They demanded cash for check-in 24 days after my arrival in Bali. The room was completely different from the photos. They were also incredibly rude and scornful. The sanitary conditions were so bad I could almost vomit. This place is the dirtiest, most unfriendly place in Kuta, Bali. It seems to be open only for today. I can't believe how a place like this can do business in such a prime resort area. The video and photos will be officially submitted to YouTube and the Indonesian government. I'll also report Trip.com for false advertising for sponsoring YouTube. This trip is truly the worst of my life. You can look forward to it. I'll start when I return to Korea.

Never book online this hotel. Like the hell I never book any other hotel that I already full payment and they asked another payment rate 100% from full payment? Such as scammer. If they want to cancel my booking do it before the day. No airline or hospitality do such as thing. So rather I pay for their rate, I booked another one in the checkin date idc more waste of money. Ofc refund is a must! I just pissed off I have to find another hotel immediately like 30 min in chekin time which is most of them unavailable. JUST DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Please do yourself a favour and read the reviews! People are complaining about the room from last 10 years! Silly me booked a night! What a waste of money and time.
Rooms are not hygienic. Don’t go there if you have family. There is no tissue paper, no bin , dirty walls, no towels , dirty beds 😭

Arrived late in evening, but at the time we said we would via booking.com. Seemed surprised to see us. They didn't have a family room available as we had booked, so split between 2 rooms, one without AC. Pool area dusty and with rubbish and rubble around it, room corridors with litter all down them (discarded bottles, wrappers, etc) and rooms tired and dirty. Drawers full of previous occupants litter. Bathroom seemed ok, but smelt and wasnt clean. Although cheap, this was not good value - we got a much better hotel just down the road for the same money. Here, we paid almost £20 a night for a £10 a night hotel. Ive staying in lots of hotels on all sorts of budgets throughout my life, but definitely got bad value here. PS Word of warning -Construction site out back for massive new hotel, noise from 0730 onwards.

The owner is a con artist. A local person even confirmed that he is greedy and gets people in by advertising cheaps prices and once you arrive he tells you the room isn't available so you have to pay more. Looking nothing like images online.

Friendly family owned, however Wifi unavailable in room, and building is generally ran down. Rooms have dirty walls and toilet shower area is very small and not clean and visual soap scum and calcium buildup. This place has a lot of potential but needs money spend on it to attract future guests for any longevity of the business.

The worst place I have ever seen. First of all, we paid in advance for the room. Upon arrival, we were made to pay even more for the room. The entire hotel, including the pool and the rooms were horribly dirty. The AC did not work, the rooms smelled disgusting and were lacking the most basic stuff like toilet paper and handsoap. I would under no circumstance ever stay here.
