The photos they publish are completely different from the hotel in real life. I feel it's a fraud to upload photos about the hotel and rooms to the app where I booked and arrive and see the opposite

The shower curtain was full of mold, the sink and the floor were not clean; I found a used cigarette in the room, the balcony door did not close properly. I found a lot of ants. The room smelled of musty.

The breakfast was very delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Friendly service, safe, and clean. The location is close to the beach and shopping centers. The room amenities are lacking a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo.

We only stayed for 1 night as a quick stop off before our flight out of Bali. It was an ideal place for a short stay, with a nice pool and breakfast and only 15 minute drive to the airport. Good location with lots of local restaurants nearby and we were able to walk everywhere we needed.

affordable but room not always clean (they only clean your room once a week) and the room has poor lighting.. so the vibes really dark especially at night. staff was helpful and kind. this hotel nice for short term only imo.

Affordable, though not always perfectly clean rooms. Staff is great, as is the super nice owner who is there on an almost daily basis. Always prepared to do their best to keep you happy.

Same room as before and still worth visit if you can sleep in noisy places. This time no pool flow so water not good for swimming and toilet seat totally broken. Ammenties down because of pool not working

Everything was ok. You get Big room, ac, tv, clean towels, clean bathroom. The pool is realy nice. Only two bad side I faced.
1- no toothbrush or toothpaste were provided. There was body soap and shampoo but no hand wash.
2- First day, after checking in the evening, I wanted to use the pool at night around 9 p.m. We were tired from the long journey from gili. But the stuff(and may be their friends) were drinking alchohol beside the pool which was soo awkward. Stuffs shouldn’t be drinking alcohol around guests.

Not a flash establishment but you will get the best service from the best staff. I could leave a wallet full of cash on the bar all day and it will be as I left it. Next door it's a guarantee you couldn't do the same. Food is good and the prices are very reasonable. The only place I will stay at when in Bali. No frills but safe

If you want to watch anything besides AFL, go somewhere else. Big screens should have been replaced years ago - poor quality pictures make watching sport unpleasant
