Ants galore
We had an ant infestation and was not given the option to change rooms,
Cleaner was very friendly and tried his best to make due
Stars for being cheap so expect what you get for the price

Great for backpackers, lots of stairs to the top floors so will need to be fit. Rooms are cleaned daily and the pool is lovely! Highly recommend

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in Bali .
The rooms are so hot it’s a health risk , no toilet paper , no kettle , no tv , nothing , wouldn’t even give me hot water or a folk .
The room was smelly , dirty and very old.
The bedding vile , walls cracked , taps had plant life growing on them , can never get hold of the staff .
Each day had people asking me to buy drugs , brothel right outside the hotel (if you even call it that) .
There is a pool which you can use but is not part of the persona Inn as they’ve made out on the advert it’s part of another hotel and they don’t particularly like you going using it .
it’s super over priced and definitely not worth the money.

Nice place for the price really cheap of seven euro for one night but the reception Is not always there of available...swimming pool until 11 pm but so sunbeds ...anyway ok the room also without AC !

For the price, this really is value for money.

But you do get what you pay for.

I had a change in plans and needed a cheap booking in a rush,

Persona Beach Inns had options but the service & staff are the shining success factor.

Location also an absolute gem as its a straight shoot down the road to Kuta Beach, Hard Rock Cafe or whatever finds uour fancy in Kuta, day or night.

Pathetic customer service, dark rooms, bathrooms have no latch. Checked in at around 8 PM and requested the lady at the reception to fix the bathroom door since it had no latch to hold the door. She yelled at me that don't complain me , you booked through Agoda, complain Agoda and if you want you can cancel the booking. Upon my complain to Agoda and request for cancellation, the furious staff there, asked me to leave the hotel immediately using absolute foul language and behavior.
dark rooms and bathrooms have no latch, impolite, discourteous staff who does not know how to behave with guest.

I only spent one night here but it was pleasant. The room was nice and clean enough. The bathroom is dirty to North American standards but was pretty standard for this area.

Rooms where of poor standard. Looked like no one had stepped foot in the room for months.
WiFi didn't reach the rooms which is annoying but by no means a tragedy.
Staff weren't overly friendly.
Pool was very nice though.
Location was good as was close to the beach and was slightly further from the hectic streets of Kuta.
Breakfast was available, basic and standard prices.
I defiantly wouldn't say good value for money.

Let's start with he price point.. where I'll end. Do you need amenities? None! No fridge, no TP. No galsses.. nothing. Awesome pool. Quiet, away from.the streets. That price? $30 a night

Good place for quick bites. They also have couple of Veg options. so you can try there. Rest ambience being in beach side is good enough to attrack.

Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Menus are "standardized", as they follow National menus (everything is Halal, as I understand it).
Location is good, many other interesting places to visit afterwards if you are not done with your day.
Good view by the windows.
This restaurant is findable using online transportation app.

Service a bit slow. Nice pizza but drinks could be better. Do not recomend to order coffee nor the milkshake, coke is fine though...lol

I had visited this restaurant on a previous visit and loved it. However, this trip the staff were too busy to take our drinks or food orders. After we finally got their attention and ordered, it got messed up and the wrong food came out. It was one of the least hospitable restaurants I've been to in Bali. The food was still good, but not as great as it used to be.

One of the longer standing places in Kuta and still worth a look. This time around the food wasn't quite as flavoursome but the service was prompt and the surroundings are great.
