The first night we were put up on the first floor. We couldn't sleep all night - there was a terrible smell of mold. We asked to be moved to the floor above. Thanks to the staff - they helped us solve this problem.
But on the second floor, rats were running around under the ceiling all night. This ceiling was shaking all night. But of two evils: better with the rats than to suffocate in mold. 😁
We couldn't move out because everything was occupied.
The bed linen was dirty, there were two sheets instead of a duvet cover, and between them was a dirty, greasy blanket. The towels were in holes. There were only 2 towels per room and 1 for the feet, no hand or face towels.
Thanks to the staff - they at least tried to brighten up our stay.
But the owner of the hotel needs to clean up. Because it is wrong to put people in such rooms.
The breakfasts are meager, but you can eat: 2 eggs, coffee, juice and fruit. An hour later you are already hungry.
Thank you for the breakfast in the pool.
Sometimes monkeys come in the morning 😄
The pool is nice, very beautiful well-kept garden, fish, squirrels build nests 👍 birds sing. Close to the road, but at the same time quiet.
Overall, the hotel is very cozy, but needs to be improved: treat for mold, change bed linen and towels and diversify breakfasts.

The location is very good, the hotel is ok, however, needs improvement on the cleanliness, hygiene and smell of the sheets, toilet exhaust, and also add room slippers. But overall, it was a good stay. Staff are all friendly and accommodating.

The location is really good and the facilities seem to be worth the price. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's more than enough, and the pool and landscaping are very nice. I didn't eat breakfast, so I don't know much about it.

There are many alternative accommodations, but I would definitely visit again.

The CP value is very high, the location is good (very close to my dinner restaurant), the floating breakfast is delicious, the service staff has a good attitude and knows how to adapt to changes👍🏻I will want to stay again, the only small drawback is that the quilt is a bit damp

Good location and friendly...
There are too many ants, too bad...
I was really surprised because there were so many.
The swimming pool is pretty and the floating breakfast is good, but I think there are many places that are better for the price.

It's close to downtown Ubud. I heard there would be monkeys on the terrace of the other room.
Even if we hung up clothes on our terrace, no monkeys came and the clothes were hung well hahaha.

Nice location is the main highlight, drinks were nice, food was good but smaller portions than expected for the price as the quality isn't top notch.

If you're looking for a place to play billiards look no further. An hour costs around 55k, the tables are in excellent condition, cues are ok. They run tournaments at least once a week - ask staff about them if you're interested.
You can buy some Australian craft beers, although it's rather expensive - 100k for small bottle.

Great cold beer, one of the best burgers in Ubud, plenty of pool tables, multiple screens for sports, super friendly and efficient staff, and host Greg who goes the extra yard to help his guests.

Went to watch EPL football and drink beer and was able to do both. Friendly service and fast. Pool tables large and small sizes charged by the time rather than the game. Also have a table tennis table but don't sit too close to this unless you enjoy drunken players retrieving their balls from under your chair. Couple of arcade video games units with a selection of classics. Also a nice selection of bar foods including vegetarian options. Draft.and bottled local beers and some very expensive imported xraft beers from BEERVANA.

Spent AFL grand final day here everyone is on Bali time working there but that’s ok , beer was cold burgers were great, heads up if your ever coming here for the grand final get here by 12 noon the place gets packed, would come back again no problem.

Drinks were so so, ordered the wedges from the snack menu and was very happy (pictured) , mate ordered the chicken Parma with wedges and wasn't happy, I got twice the food for half the price. Lol. Great atmosphere though, they have sports in background on multiple screens (footy and rugby from my visit).
