We had a great time staying at Maya. For nature lover this is the best place to go. I love their 2 swimming pools and even the staffs by the pool (I forgot their Names) are very friendly and nice. They help us taking picture too. They also offer free afternoon tea.

The Westin Ubud offers a serene escape with an amazing pool overlooking lush greenery—perfect for relaxing. While breakfast can get crowded, especially with families, the variety and quality remain solid. We stayed there in villa no 212 for our honeymoon from 17 to 22 April 2018. Our vacation was truly amazing. Personal is so polite and positive. The villa was exciting. Great resort with amazing staff, good amenities and service. My only issue with this is the location - actually transportation and getting to and from the location is a pain due to narrow roads and traffic as well as the lack of a regular shuttle - there should be one very hour, not only 3 a day

The best resort I ever stayed! The whole property is so beautiful and filled with lush greenery but still clean! You dont see any withered leaves on the floor - thats how great the maintenance is! The best place in Ubud! The staff is so polite and helpful every time you have an issue or favour to ask. At breakfast you can always find the way to leave satisfied. They have various options with buffet and menu. They do late check out and also allow you to use all the facilities after checking out. They even prepared a shower for us at 6pm before our journey to the airport.

Very convenient location, close to monkey forest park, and ubud center, excellent staff and service, restaurants in the hotel are very good. Our half day tour driver Arya is very professional and attentions to detail , makes our tour trip pleasant and memorable .

I really enjoyed me stay at the Mansion. I was travelling solo to complete some online yoga study. I loved my room, the grounds were beautiful, one of the pools could need a little bit of love but the other 2 were lovely. Food was good and the staff were all so nice and helpful. Nice hotel on the outskirts of Ubud. Great amenities with 6 pools and the gardens are fab. I was here a few years back and the place has become a little tired looking but still a great hotel. They offer a free shuttle for drop off and pickup in Ubud which is very handy. Breakfast is good with a great selection and they even made my room social for my birthday. This resort is quite big & gives a wonderful jungle feel. Many pool options are available to relax. Room was spacious. However, I felt it needed a deep cleaning. Lovely semi-outside bathroom. Lovely stay.

The location is a bit far away from Ubud center. It takes around 40 minutes to get to the center. The place is quiet and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Food at the restaurant is very nice. I had several lunch there and the food is even better than some of the local restaurant. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

This hotel is a very famous Four Seasons resort in Southeast Asia. Although the rooms are not as new as the mandapa, the overall maintenance is still good. The hotel staff are all very friendly and the service is better than mamdapa at any time. Overall, I will give this place a priority next time I come to Ubud.

The towels, cushions, and sheets are very old, and they don't match the brand. Especially the towels, they are very hard, and I would throw them away at home, but Shanyan Four Seasons is still using them, which is really not good. Gym facilities are very new and completed. Room is very clean and well maintained, with beautiful scenery of the rice field. Dinning at Kubo is a very good experience and the food is very good. The photo session give us something memorable that can bring away home.

There are welcome drink and even welcome massage. Very appreciate that. Very convenient location which near the supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We have enjoyed the spa here and chosen a 90 minutes massage, however, the actual massage time was only 60-70 minutes. We have tried the dinner here. Good is above average, however the staff was a little bit aggressive.
